Best Indian spot in town, no question. Butter chicken was rich, garlic naan fresh. Place gets busy fast, had to wait a bit for a table. Worth it though. Solid meal.

Stopped by for a quick bite and grabbed a few pastries. You can tell the owner knows what he&rsquo;s doing&mdash;everything tasted fresh. Prices are fair too. Ate here a couple mornings in a row and it held up each time. Service was fast, which I appreciated. Solid spot if you&rsquo;re in the area and need something quick.

The burrata here is really good. They put it on so many dishes and it always tastes fresh. I had the Scartuccio focaccia with pesto and ham, that was the highlight for me. The staff were friendly and let me take my time. Just wish the seating was a bit more comfortable, but it was a nice relaxed lunch overall.

We live nearby so we&#39;ve been here a few times. The chorizo with eggs is what I usually get, it&#39;s simple and good. Tried the baby squid last visit, cooked right. Place is small and can get busy, but the owners know what they&#39;re doing. Fine for a casual dinner when you don&#39;t want to cook.

Loved the traditional small plates here, especially the garlic shrimp. Service was chill, not hovering. Prices matched the quality, fair enough for what you get.

Brilliant little restaurant on the beach front of Armacao de Pera. I loved everything about this place. Quality of food, service was friendly and professional. Prices are great and the experience was top!

An excellent Portuguese restaurant Went on evening of medieval fair in Silves and booked online as reviews were goodWe were a bit put out by the unappealing old fashioned pictures of menu on walls outside which would have normally stopped  us going in if walking by . However everything was very good . Delicious simple tasty Portuguese food , grilled fish , meat , shellfish all very well cooked . Service very helpful and friendly , good wine list .Very reasonable prices

For anyone visiting Faro, you must visit this restaurant!!  Everything about it is wonderful, from the beach side setting, to the welcome, service and food.  There is simply nothing I can fault about this place!  The waiting staff were fantastic with their cocktails and wine recommendations as well as explaining the dishes on the menu.  Just exquisite and if I am ever in Faro again, I will be back.  Highly, highly, highly recommended!

We went to Pizzeria Italiana- Bell &lsquo; Antonio in search of the best pizza in Faro. It&rsquo;s something my husband and I do as quests in every larger city. We were very pleased with the authenticity of the food here. Exceptional pasta dishes and spot-on pizza. My husband is a pizza snob and he gives this restaurant a 9 out of 10 rating which is unheard of for him. If you want an outstanding Italian meal and a terrific pie you&rsquo;ll want to visit Pizzeria Italiana-Bell &lsquo; Antonio in Faro. We&rsquo;ll definitely be returning.

The grilled octopus was the standout &mdash; perfectly charred and tender. Service kept things easygoing. Left full and satisfied.

Came with nine people, all left full and happy. The chicken in creamy tomato sauce with garlic spaghetti was solid, rich enough. Sangria had a nice Portuguese kick. Blankets on the terrace were a good call. Under &euro;30 each, fair for what you get.

The piri piri chicken was spot on&mdash;grilled with real heat, not just spice for show. Homemade fries did the job too. Simple spot, nothing fancy, but they know what they&#39;re doing. A cold glass of vinho verde on the side wouldn&#39;t hurt though.

The seafood rice for three fed five of us easily. That alone made it worth it. Bill with wine, dessert, and coffee felt fair for what we got. Staff were nice, not hovering. Place was busy but we didn&#39;t feel rushed. Just a solid meal, no fuss.

Great gelato, tons of flavors to pick from. Spots right by the river, perfect for watching people go by. Pricier than other spots nearby, but you get what you pay for.

The curry prawns were the highlight for sure. We actually came back twice more during our stay, that&#39;s how good it was. Service stayed friendly each time too.

&euro;12.50 for all-you-can-eat grilled sardines is hard to beat. Fish came off the grill fresh and smoky, owner kept pushing more plates our way. Just watch the sides, they stack up fast. Left full but the bill was a bit more than I planned. Solid spot if you&#39;re hungry.

Loved the cataplana here &mdash; monkfish, shrimp, and clams all super fresh in a rich broth. Plenty for two, maybe even three. Simple and honest.

The beef stroganoff was really good, tender meat and rich sauce. Sole with almonds was decent too. Place is a bit out of the way but the relaxed vibe makes up for it.

The clams and fish soup were the standouts &mdash; really fresh and full of flavor. You can tell it&#39;s family-run, the whole vibe is warm and unpretentious. Would happily go back.

Lamb with mint sauce was really good, and the wedges had a nice kick to them. Live music made it feel relaxed. Service was friendly but a little slow.

The daily menu is a solid deal &mdash; soup, a big main, dessert and coffee for under &euro;10. Place was packed with locals at lunch, so I&#39;d get there early if you want a seat. Nothing fancy, but for that price it does the job.

The piri piri chicken here is the real deal. Got it to share, meat was juicy, skin had that charred kick, not too heavy on the heat. Portion was massive for the price. Honestly, that&rsquo;s all I needed.
