La Forchetta is a top-notch Italian restaurant in Hanover, offering modern yet authentic cuisine. The quality of the ingredients is exceptional, and the service is always friendly and attentive.

We celebrated our anniversary here and were impressed by the attentive service and delicious food. The host even took the time to chat with us about the wines, which made the experience even more special.

This was a great find. A real gem. The food was carefully crafted with unusual and exceptionally  genuine carefully preserved Italian receipts. The beat carpaccio, the pasta, the meat and the fish dishes exceeded expectations. The deserts were just right.Inquired about the chef, wanted to compliment. He came up and provided delicious insights into the inspirations and history of his art. Highly recommend this genusnly Italian food experience. Worth the drive. Would eat there again any time.
