The food was excellent—my favourite dish, even as a meat eater, was the sweet and sticky eggplant. Absolutely delicious! The wine was on the pricier side, but that seems to be the norm these days. With the offer, it was great value overall. I'd definitely recommend it.

TheForkUserWe had a very good experience at Dolsot. We received a nice welcome and the staff were very helpful, patient and attentive. Unfortunately, I have an allergy with MSG, and a lot of the dishes had this in their sauce. But there were still several options to choose from. I chose the Bibimbab, and I must say, it was the best one I have experienced in the UK (and I travel around a lot). The flavours were just right and the ingredients tasted fresh. The avocado salad was delicious and refreshing tasting. The drinks, which I tried for the first time were wonderful. I really enjoyed the cold rice drink, where the rice was quite chewy and the overall taste reminded me of caramel. The plum tea was gorgeous, with a strong and sweet deep plum taste that was very warming and satisfying. My friend (who does not have an MSG allergy) very much enjoyed their noodle dish and Veg Jeon. Definitely would like to revisit.
