The full English breakfast was huge! Two eggs, bacon, sausage, beans, the works. Honestly, the portion size is generous for the price. I couldn&#39;t finish it all, ended up taking some home. Good for a proper feed.

Parking&#39;s a bit of a nightmare, but I&#39;d come back for the chips alone. They&#39;re proper fresh, crispy on the outside and fluffy inside. The wait for them to cook it fresh is fine by me.

The fish and chips here are spot on. The batter is light and crispy, the fish inside is flaky and moist. They cook it fresh, so you might wait a few extra minutes. The chips are proper thick-cut and golden. That&#39;s all I really care about.

Pontypool harvester is always a good place to eat. We were served very quickly by a lovely waitress called Erin and it was her first day and she was so polite and helpful. Food arrived quickly and was deliciousThe restaurant got very busy very quickly but waiting time didn&rsquo;t seem to be affected. Very good indeed.

Really liked the vibe here, it&#39;s a proper cosy pub. The staff were so nice and actually remembered what I was drinking from earlier. Felt like a local even though it was my first visit.

Service was on point even on a packed Friday night. They kept checking in, genuinely apologetic for any wait. Made a hectic evening feel manageable.
