Both the pasta dishes and the pizzas were really good!! We had a good time!!

We have been visiting Portofino with a group after visiting the European Parliament for the last number of years. The food is absolutely fantastic. It is easy to know the food is produced fresh and the ingredients are of very good quality

If you're looking for a place with decent prices and good service in Brussels, Celtica is the spot! It's a great alternative to the overpriced bars.

No. 10 of Bars in Brussels

Came here with a couple of friends on a weekday evening. Place is tiny, like maybe 6 tables, but that kinda made it feel cozy. Menu's short but we tried a few things and honestly everything was solid. The chef was right there cooking, you can tell he actually cares about the food. Only thing is we waited a bit between dishes, but we were chatting so didn't really mind. Would go back for sure 😊

Solid Italian place near the European quarter. Service was sharp, no fuss. Had the tagliatelle and a glass of Barolo—the wine list is decent, not huge, but well picked. Food's consistent, though you pay a bit extra for the location. Fine for a business lunch, not somewhere I'd go out of my way for.

Decent spot for a casual meal. Friendly staff, fair prices, and the food was pretty good. Got a bit noisy later in the evening, but that's on us for the timing.

The Italian buffet's still solid after all these visits. Come early though, the good stuff disappears fast.

Went for a business lunch—the Greek salad was spot on, even my colleagues from Athens gave it a nod. Service was quick enough for a workday. Pair it with a crisp white wine, you're set.

Stopped by for lunch and grabbed the orecchiette with sausage ragu. Pasta had that homemade chew, sauce was rich without being heavy. Place was pretty quiet around 1pm. Staff mostly spoke French, which was fine, just took me a second to figure out the menu. Solid spot if you're in the area.

The waffle itself was solid—crispy outside, soft inside. But the toppings pushed the bill up more than I expected. A bit steep for what you get. Convenient if you're in the area, though I'd probably skip the extras next time and just go with the plain one.

The mussels with fries were solid again — clean spot, simple menu, no fuss. Been coming here for a while and it stays consistent.

We stopped by for dinner last week. The ravioli in cream sauce was rich, really filling. Spaghetti bolognese was decent too. Place has a nice cozy vibe, but it gets pretty tight when it's busy. Not a bad spot if you're in the area.

Great spot for a quick bite. Had the pasta with olive oil and Swiss chard - solid portion, decent flavor. Terrace is nice if you can grab a seat. Service was fast enough for a lunch break.

The sole fillet was just okay, but the fries were properly crispy. Fine for a quick bite if you're nearby.

Good ice cream for the price, but bring cash—they don’t take cards. Annoying if you’re used to tapping.

Food was decent but the payment thing at the end was weird. They accused us of not paying when we clearly did. Organizing a group dinner here felt a bit chaotic.

The greenhouse terrace is lovely when the weather cooperates. I had a simple salad and the greens tasted really fresh. Would come back for that alone.

Lunch menu’s got solid Belgian classics. Place was packed though, mostly office people. Took a while to get served but the food made up for it. Good spot if you’re not in a rush.

Decent pizza and pasta spot in the neighborhood. Food's pretty consistent, terrace is nice when the weather cooperates. Gets a bit loud inside though.

Been coming here for years. Tartufo pizza is still pretty good, service quick and professional. Quality never really dips.

Staff actually knows the menu well and helped me pick the right spice level. Good thing too, that heat creeps up on you fast. Food tasted fresh.

Came here for the spare ribs and honestly, the portion caught me off guard. Huge plate for what you pay. Food's been solid every time I've ordered, not fancy at all, bright lights and basic seating, but that's fine. Just a good neighborhood spot that doesn't mess around.

Stopped by for dinner and honestly the pasta reminded me of stuff my nonna would make back in Sardinia. Simple ingredients, nothing fancy, but the flavor was there. Bill came out a bit higher than I expected though, so probably not an everyday spot. Fine if you're treating yourself.
