The staff noticed I was rushing and made sure I got out the door in time for my train. Really appreciated that, especially since it was packed.

Food’s always solid here, drinks too. Staff remembers me now, which is nice. Just wish they’d open a bit earlier on weekdays. Still my go-to spot though.

Lamb shank was spot on—tender, well-seasoned. Fine dining level without the fine dining price. Solid pick if you're in Budapest.

We came with a big family group, like 12 of us, and they managed it fine. Food was fresh, place was clean. Kids were happy, adults were happy. Only thing, service got a bit slow when it got busy, but they kept up. Everyone left full and satisfied.

Been coming here for years now. Still the cheapest pint in the centre, €2.50 last time I checked. Service is never anything special, but honestly you don't come for that. You come because it's cheap and you know what you're getting. That consistency is why I keep going back.

Fermented drinks were the highlight — weird in a good way. Staff knew their stuff and didn't rush us. Place has a nice buzz to it.

Stopped by for a quick bite and the pizza hit the spot. Crust was properly charred, sauce had that tangy kick. I grabbed a glass of house red to go with it—nothing fancy, but it worked. Service was fast, almost too fast, but no complaints. Easygoing spot if you're in the area and hungry.

The music here is all over the place, alt hip-hop one minute, Hungarian folk the next. They even have live acts sometimes, which is cool. Honestly, that alone makes it worth stopping in for a drink. I wasn't expecting that kind of variety for the price of a beer. Kept me entertained way longer than I planned.

The courtyard seating is really nice, especially when the weather cooperates. Pizzas are fairly priced too. Just make sure you book ahead, it gets packed pretty quickly.

The grilled octopus was the highlight for me—soft, slightly charred, and came with a really good lemon dressing. I wasn’t expecting much from a place that looks this elegant, but the flavors felt pretty genuine. Only thing is the portions are a bit small for the price. Still, I’d come back for that dish alone.

The owner remembered us from our first visit — that never happens. Burger was juicy, fresh bun. Quick service too. Nice spot to grab a bite.

The pork gyros pita was really tasty, meat nicely seasoned and the pita tasted fresh. Portion felt decent for what I paid, though it seemed a bit smaller when I got it to go.

The building has that old 20th-century charm, really sets the mood before you even sit down. Octopus carpaccio was delicate, and the apple tart with cinnamon ice cream? That dessert alone made me happy. Sommelier knew what they were doing with the wine pairing too. Just wish the pacing between courses was a bit quicker, we lingered a little longer than expected.

Nice spot right on the boulevard. Had the goulash and it hit the spot. Sitting outside at night with the city lights was a vibe. Prices felt fair for Budapest.

This Italian restaurant in Budapest serves mind-blowing pasta and has a cozy atmosphere. The staff is warm and welcoming, making it a perfect spot for a romantic dinner or a casual meal with friends.
