The portions are huge for the price, which is nice. But what really got me was the warmth of the place. It just felt cosy and welcoming the moment we stepped in.

Great spot for a quick bite. Garlic bread was spot on, and the salmon roll was fresh. They made my pasta extra creamy, no fuss. Perfect for when you're in a rush but still want something decent.

The staff here are so lovely. They're polite and attentive, but never hover or make you feel rushed. It's a really comfortable spot for a relaxed meal.

Decent portions for the price. Had the grilled chicken plate, it was a proper feed. Couldn't finish it all. Good spot if you're hungry.

A decent spot. It's clean and they've got plenty of tables, which is nice. The food arrives hot, which I appreciate. The fish and chips were pretty good, though the chips could have been a bit crispier.

The veggie pie was really good, nice flaky pastry and the mash was spot on. Apple crumble was a solid follow-up.

Been here a few times. Kae and the team are always on it, remember what you like. Makes a quiet dinner out feel a bit nicer. Service is solid, no fuss.

Lovely, clean pub with a cozy feel. The steak and ale pie was spot on - rich gravy and proper flaky pastry. The gin and raspberry cheesecake was a real highlight, not too sweet. A solid meal.

The bed was incredibly comfortable. Mattress had just the right firmness, and the pillows were plump but not too soft. Woke up without any back ache.

Been coming here for years. The fish and chips are always a solid portion, and the flavour is spot on every single time. That's what keeps me coming back.

Loved the modern, clean look. But what really got me was the vibe—so warm and cozy the moment you stepped inside. Felt like a little escape.

The food is simple but done right. The roast chicken was perfectly cooked, juicy inside with a crisp skin. Prices are fair for what you get.

Been here a few times now. Always get a friendly nod when I walk in. The lamb chops last night were spot on - cooked just right. Staff seem to genuinely like working here, which makes a difference.

Booked weeks ahead for the Sunday roast. Beef was spot on, really tender. The cauliflower cheese is the one. Worth the wait.

Loved the cosy feel of this little pub. The staff were so warm and welcoming, really put me at ease. It's got that proper old-school charm, you know? Just a really nice spot to unwind.

There was a nice fish at the entrance which was a great surprise, and then we went and had a roast on a train carriage which was a wholesome and delicious experience 10/10

Been coming here for years. The whopper burger and homemade chips are still solid, portions are big. Reminds me of the old days. Gets the job done.

Been coming here for years. The staff always remember my usual order, and they're quick to refill my coffee. Food's consistently good, simple and tasty. It's a reliable spot.

The vegan thali here is fantastic - genuinely the best Indian food I've found in Cheshire. The staff were so friendly and chatty, which made our little catch-up feel extra nice. Portions are generous too!

Friendly staff, nice menu. The cat robots are a fun touch, they just wander around with your food. Good for a casual lunch.

First time here, went for the GVX special beef steak. The meat was nicely seasoned, not too spicy. Came with some proper crispy chips and a fresh salad. Hit the spot.
