TheForkUserAbsolutely the place where to eat in Ibiza !!The food is just amazing, we had the mozzarella burrata, the truffle pasta and red meat steak and these dishes were pure, gastronomy creations.The service is very attentive and caring of smallest details.Last but not least, the the setting and decoration of the outdoor seating is done very tastefully, it makes one want to spend several evenings there.

TheForkUserI went there last year in my first travel to Ibiza and I loved it. It is a very special place. Staff is very kind, professional and friendly, always with a big smile. Food is simply divine: I tried croqueton con Gorgonzola and the dedos de Atuna. The tuna was unbelievable. Prices are very ok for Ibiza!

TheForkUserI really loved everything about this place. First of all location, the most beautiful gardens, calmness, pool. The restaurant have atmosphere that you are like in a movie. Small and cozy. There is no music just nature sounds, and people talking. Everything that evening was chatting in very romantic way, no one is creaming. Just laughing and discussing probably life. The staff was very friendly and in a good family kind of mood. I really liked the energy. It’s always so nice when someone is asking how was your day first and then how was your food. And talking about the food. Perfect. Every bit. It’s really been long time I ate such a freshly cooked food. It felt soo good. We ate bao, ham with bread, carrots, tuna tartare, sea bass. It was perfect combination of flavors and textures. And for dessert we got cheesecake, perfect! Must try this place! Romantic vibes. Coming back next year.

The food quality is top notch and so is the accompanying service! The restaurant is set in an old traditional home with a representative garden that give the feeling of being invited into a friend's house for dinner. The kitchen staff is very active in the presentation of the menu which I love. If you're looking for a fine dining gastronomic experience Es Tragon is the place to go on Ibiza.

TheForkUserNice looking restaurant.. Bit pricy, probably due to location. Had buffalo wings, jalapeños, patatas bravas, taco’s, quesadillas, mescal mule and strawberry margarita. The buffalo wings were much too salty though. And the balance of the cocktails were off: too much sugar and too much alcohol.
