Came here for a special night out — the place looks really nice. Food was solid, service kept checking on us. Bill was a bit steep though. 😅

Been coming here for a while now. The baklava selection is what keeps me coming back, honestly. So many options, and they always look fresh. I usually grab a cheese pie too, never disappoints. Place gets busy but it's worth it. Just wish they had a bit more seating sometimes.

The garden seating was so peaceful, could barely hear the street. Feta with honey really stood out.

Fresh veggie plates. Oresti took care of us well. View over Mirabello Bay is the real deal. Food came out looking nice, tasted fresh too. Just wish the portions were a bit bigger for the price. Solid spot if you're in the area.

Cocktails were solid and the bay view is gorgeous. Staff friendly too. Prices fair for the spot, though it did get a bit busy later.

Stopped by for a quick bite and a drink. The churros were a decent size, came with three sauces which was nice. Cocktail was good but a bit steep for what you get. Service was friendly enough, didn't feel rushed. Fine spot if you're in the area and want something easy.

We stopped by for a late lunch and honestly the grilled fish was the highlight. They brought us into the kitchen to pick our own catch, which felt super authentic. Prices were decent for what you got. Place is small and simple, but that’s the charm. Would go back with friends for sure 😊

The grilled fish and shrimp saganaki were spot on—super fresh. Staff knew their wine list too, picked a great Greek one to go with it.

Stopped here for a late lunch. Grilled sea bass was spot on, flaky and fresh. Garlic mushrooms were decent too, nothing fancy but did the job. Place was quiet, nice break from the busy spots nearby. Bill felt fair for what we got. Would eat here again if I'm in the area.

The sushi was fresh, no doubt about that. I got a few rolls and honestly the rice-to-filling ratio was a bit off for me—too much rice on some. The place itself is really pretty though, and the staff were nice. Just watch out, it’s not cheap. I’d come back for the quality, but maybe order less.

Set meal for two was solid. Service quick, and the free fruit and waffles at the end were a nice touch. Nothing fancy, but fair for the price.

The grilled fish was spot on—fresh and perfectly seasoned. Service felt really warm too, like they actually remember you. Been here a few times now and it never disappoints.

Free bar snacks and a pool table that doesn't cost much—that's rare. Owner's a proper nice bloke too. Good spot for a cheap night out.

The grilled octopus was spot on. Tender, smoky, not rubbery at all. You can watch them cooking it right there. That's about all I need.

Coffee was solid. Real solid. Place has a decent vibe, not too loud. Had a pastry with it, did the job. Nothing fancy but I'd grab another flat white here if I'm in the area. Price was fair for what you get.

Stumbled in around 2am after a long night. The gyros were exactly what I needed. Staff stayed friendly even at that hour, which honestly surprised me. Prices felt fair for the neighborhood. Kitchen looked clean from where I was sitting. Just a solid, no-drama late night spot.

The grilled sea bream was spot on, cooked just right. Calamari's probably the best I've had around Crete. Keeps us coming back.

Right on the water in Makry Gialos, that breeze makes the whole meal better. Been here a few times now, food's always solid and the staff remember you. Easy choice when you're in the area.

Been here a few times now, and the vibe stays consistent. They brought out free raki and watermelon again—that little touch keeps me coming back. Cocktails were solid too.

We sat outside and the staff made sure we had everything we needed without hovering. The lamb was tender and the raki at the end was a nice touch. Portions could be bigger, but we managed. A relaxed spot if you're not in a rush and just want a decent meal.

Came back twice while we were here. The veal stifado was a solid portion for the price, calamari decent too. Not cheap but you get enough to feel it's worth it.

The spicy feta dip and grilled sardines were the standouts for us. Fresh, full of flavor, and served with warm bread. The terrace has a nice view of the mountains, and the staff made us feel right at home.

Came here twice on our trip, that says enough. Chicken skewer was proper tasty, salad super fresh. They even wrapped my sister's halloumi in foil for her coeliac thing. Nice touch.
