TheForkUserWe had their tasting manu and everything was delicious and well presented. Their service was outstanding and they were really good with allergens. They adapted my dishes to be gluten free and were very careful to explain in each one what they adapted and reassured me that it was safe to eat. Their timing for cleaning up and bringing the next dish was also impeccable. They timed it really well and we never felt rushed neither bored during the meal. Wine recommendations we excellent as well. We can’t wait to go back to Suite 22!
TheForkUserVíctor and Noe are excellent hosts. The food is a culinary experience in every single aspect. Chef Victor explains the dishes to all guests. Noe counts with deep knowledge on wines for any taste or if you prefer to match your wine with the food. Considering that Trigo counts with a Michelin star, the prices are affordable. Highly recommended any person who enjoys great food and wine.

TheForkUserI truly respect the amount of work the chef puts into their dining experience. The dishes are works of art. Unfortunately the food was not satisfying. In fact, something in the 16 course meal made me physically sick later that day.In addition, we paired the dining experience with the recommended wine, but the wine was far too young and did not compliment the meal. I would only recommend Cepa 21 if the chef goes back to basics and focuses more on taste. Until then, I would not recommend Cepa 21.
