TheForkUserExtremely clean, inviting and upscale restaurant. Food is delicious and you can tell that behind the scene are chefs and personnel that enjoy and love what they do. Very pleasant and flavorful dishes. Impecable service, and knowledgeable staff. David and Ari went above and beyond. Wine list and their recommendations… Superb! We could not resist temptation and came back on our 2nd day (out of two days in Cuenca) for another dinner, completely different but as great as the previous one.Cheers to you guys for such a fantastic meal, staff and experience.
