Every single dish that left the kitchen was a culinary masterpiece. Faultless. Surprising. Modern. Deeply flavorful. Each course was thoughtfully composed, beautifully presented, and perfectly balanced. The tasting menu unfolds over several hours, but it never once feels long &mdash; it feels indulgent, immersive, and like the most luxurious way to spend an evening.And then there is the service.Restaurant Manager Robin Sieswerda is the kindest, most knowledgeable host you could wish for. Her understanding of the dishes and wine pairings elevated the entire experience. Every member of the team is exceptionally well trained &mdash; attentive without being intrusive, warm yet highly professional. After living in Malaysia for a decade, I can honestly say I have rarely experienced service at this level here.Molina is outstanding &mdash; not only in its food but equally in its service. It is a restaurant that spoils you, surprises you, and stays with you long after the evening ends.If you are in Kuala Lumpur, this is not just a recommendation &mdash; it&rsquo;s a must.
