TheForkUserThe staff and owners always make you feel very welcome and looked after. Special mention to the gentleman who looked after us today 8th June and he was working on his birthday . He’s a credit to the restaurant. Very attentive with a lovely manner , made the afternoon lovely. Also thank you to the owner ( lady with red hair ) she always makes time to chat and welcome everyone. Been coming for years and will continue. Excellent thank youHesketh Arms

TheForkUserWe arrived a few minutes early but it wasn’t a problem, our table was ready for us. We got our drinks promptly and ordered from the two course lunch menu. The food was excellent freshly cooked and we didn’t have to wait long. Pudding was syrup sponge and I had it with ice cream, usually this is served on the plate and melts next to the hot sponge. The Harvester serves it in a metal bucket, so it stays cold. Our server was friendly and made suggestions on our food choices, we will definitely return.The Broughton Inn
