Booked the covered patio for a party. Ryan and the team were super helpful with all the planning. Everyone liked their food and drinks. The space felt really nice and private, just what we needed.

Finally got around to trying their Sunday roast. The beef was so tender it just fell apart, and those roast potatoes were crispy on the outside, fluffy inside. The gravy was spot on too. Properly hit the spot on a grey Sunday.

Really liked the vibe here, felt safe and relaxed. The door team, Gee, Baba and Xavier, were spot on - made sure everyone was comfortable. You don't get that everywhere.

First time here for a birthday meal. Impressed they got all our separate orders out together and hot.

The carvery's always spot on, the roast beef especially. Juicy and properly seasoned. The gluten-free menu is a thoughtful addition, just wish it had a couple more choices on there.

Been here a few times now. The roast beef is always spot on, cooked just right. Mixed grill's solid too. Staff are friendly, makes it a decent local spot.

The 2-for-1 cocktails are always a good shout. It's just a solid, dependable place for a drink. The vibe is always easy, never feels like they're trying too hard.

Great little pub. Solid craft beer selection, both cask and keg. The rotating taps are the best part. Always something new to try. 👍

Came here for a birthday dinner. The service was really attentive without being overbearing. They noticed our empty glasses before we even had to ask. The atmosphere was relaxed, not too loud, which was nice for a chat.

The beer garden is a lovely spot to sit outside. I had an Aperol Spritz, which was really nice. It's a comfortable place for a quiet drink.

Been here a few times. They've got a good range of beers and the cocktails are well made, you can tell the staff put thought into them. Nice spot for a group or just a quiet pint.

The homemade pies are a bargain and very tasty. I liked the simple, no-fuss vibe in here – just a solid spot for a good-quality bite with your pint. The wooden tables and benches felt proper cosy.

Been coming here for years. The food's always just as good as the first time, never had a bad plate. That's what keeps me coming back.

A cosy spot, perfect for a quiet drink. Their by-the-glass selection is surprisingly good for the price point. I had a lovely Pinot Noir that went down a treat. The food's decent, but it's the wine list that keeps me coming back.

A proper, cosy pub with a lovely traditional feel. Came for the Sunday lunch and the pork was the star - the crackling was spot on, really crispy and not chewy at all. The roasties were good too. A solid Sunday spot.

Been coming here for years. Their Sunday roast beef is always spot on, and they know how to do a proper gluten-free plate. Gravy's top notch. It's a reliable spot for a decent lunch.

Came with friends and we split the giant Yorkshire pudding special. It was massive! The roast beef inside was so tender, and the gravy was perfect. We were all stuffed afterwards, but in the best way. Great for sharing.

Been coming here for years for their Sunday roast. The Yorkshire puddings are always spot on - proper homemade ones, never a letdown. That's the main reason I keep coming back. The sides are decent too, you get a good choice.

Booked last minute. The food was spot on – my steak was cooked perfectly, hot, and the portion was huge. Staff were friendly, made you feel welcome. Prices felt fair for what you get.

Paige was lovely, really friendly and professional. The lager was spot on, poured perfectly and ice cold. Just what you want on a warm evening.

Popped in for a roast dinner and a pint. The food was tasty, really good value. Found the seating a bit snug for a longer stay, but the staff were friendly and it was a comfortable, easy meal.

Really helpful staff when we asked about the beers - they gave us tasters to help decide. Perfect for a casual catch-up with friends.

Nice spot to sit outside and watch the world go by. Had a pint here on a sunny afternoon, very chilled. The outdoor area is lovely, just what you want for that.

A cosy local with a lovely atmosphere. The staff were really friendly and attentive, which made for a relaxed evening. The seats by the window were particularly comfortable. Prices felt fair for the area.

Great spot for a quick bite in the sun. The beer garden is perfect for it. Staff were on it too—brought my dog a bowl of water with ice without me even asking. Nice touch. Got my food fast, which is what I needed.

Been here a few times with the family. The portions are huge, even the kids' meals are enough for an adult. Good for a casual family dinner.

Finally found a place with a proper gluten-free dessert selection! The menu's huge, and you can tell they put thought into it. Felt like a normal person ordering cake, not an afterthought.

The chicken and bacon salad was spot on, and the wine list had a nice local white that paired perfectly with it. Good spot.

Been coming here for years, and the vibe's always spot on. Love the canal-themed bits and bobs, feels like a proper escape after a long day. Just a cosy spot to sit back with a pint.

The thick-cut chips were the star for me - perfectly crispy and fluffy inside. Great for a quick bite while out and about!
