TheForkUserExcellent food: all the fish dishes we ordered were fresh and tasty, very well cooked. Real pesto so you can go ahead and try the typical Pesto alla Genovese. The restaurant is situated by the sea in a calm area. We haven’t regretted to stopped there for a quick lunch.
TheForkUserGreat tasty food, personal very kind and nice, perfect location , quiet and beautiful view. We had a fantastic experience! Food was amazing! Thank you!
TheForkUserGetting there was a bit of a challenge to find parking. But it was definitely worth it! Every dish was beautifully presented and delicious. A bit slow to get menus etc but the wait was worth what was served. The homemade bread was delicious (rare to find good bread in Italy), the starters were like jewels in your plate and amazingly good as were our mains. It is a tiny place, so make sure to reserve.
TheForkUserWhat a nice surprise! This is one of the better restaurants in Alassio with a good selection and fair prices. We particularly enjoyed the seafood pasta, grilled steak, and even the pizza had a very nice dough! Service is friendly (also not always the case in this beach town) and we felt welcomed.
TheForkUserDelicious food! We sat outside and the table was a bit awkward in positioning to get in and out of easily. The weather was great and the service was great, they spoke English well which was super helpful. I would definitely recommend. Such nice food and plating!
TheForkUserThe food is excellent and tastes authentic! Specifically the stew (Bigos) tasted, smelled and looked similar to the one that my grandmother prepares (which is fantastico!).The waiters were very polite and could communicate in english. The location itself has its own vibe and I can imagine that the buzz can be lovely when the locations is full. That was not the case so it felt a little empty and with a lack of attention to detail (e.g. some tables had a linen on them, some didn't). Also, the room was a bit too cold.
TheForkUserI don't know what to say, we stumbled into the best restaurant in Genoa. If you like seafood cooked to perfection you must come here. The ambiance, wine, food, and staff were amazing! We started with the mussels, then off to the spaghetti mare and the ravioli stuffed with branzino. The grilled seafood plate was amazing and the tune steak was orgasmic, we ordered another serving of the tuna, We ended with a dolce della casa, a creamy mandarin sorbetto and a coffee correcto that rocked our world. If you want an exceptional meal with the charm of a local establishment this is the place.
TheForkUserEverything was perfect! Food was incredibly good and the people are super nice! The prices are right and the portions are big enough
TheForkUserDelicious focaccia, truly delicious! Very tasty pulpe salad and pizza, highly recommend it! Staff is extremely sweet and thoughtful ❤️loved everything about the place!
TheForkUserVery nice setting, amazing food! Service was very busy and we had to wait long time to order. Then starters and main course came at the same time. But they managed to reorganize everything so all and all it was a great evening.
TheForkUserWe respect this young chef's efforts and some new variations on traditional Ligurian cuisine. The restaurant is charming and a welcome addition to the area's dining options. The wine list is extensive and fairly priced. We look forward to trying more of their repertoire.
TheForkUserGreat menu focused on local cuisine and friendly service. The baby potatoes and octopus, lobster ravioli, and grilled fish plate were excellent.
TheForkUserExcellent choice if you want to dine simple, good quality genovese food (pasta and fish). Have always returned to this restaurant. The owner is a fantastic host. Dog friendly.
_TI***b9I had a delightful experience at this restaurant, where the elegant atmosphere and attentive service truly enhanced my meal. The staff were friendly and professional, making the dining experience enjoyable.
TheForkUserGood mix of Italian and Ligurian dishes with high quality and nice selection of wine. Price was reasonable and restaurant personnel attentive.
TheForkUserThe restaurant offers good food and great service. Portions are small. Atmosphere is sophisticated. The gluten free pasta was not really good, the could’ve put more effort. I would appreciate more attention to that. Meat as a second course was really good!
_TI***dfThe outdoor space is lovely, and the cocktails are top-notch. It's a great place to relax with friends, and the friendly staff adds to the overall positive experience.
TheForkUserWe just loved it. We first hesitated thinking we would not have enough too eat. But then the server made it happen by explaining the menu. it was so delicious… we couldn’t stop. Just try and trust it - we will be back. Merci tout étais délicieux… en plus belle vue et très bonne ambiance.
TheForkUserReally pleasant evening Great food (not innovative but classic cuisine with quality ingredients). Prompt and very friendly service. Will come again.
TheForkUserGreat food and prompt service. Despite being very busy they handled us with care and delivered a great experience. Much better food than a tourist restaurant need me to be. Reccomended!
TheForkUserClose to a nice square with a church. We had dinner outside. Very nice, ssometimes you have to deal with some noise from the street nearby, but nothing really disturbing. Good quality, nice service, prices are aligned.
TheForkUserFantastic service, our waitress did a perfect job and everything was immaculate! Would highly recommend. Prices were very affordable.
TheForkUserVery nice restaurant, food was amazing with great presentation and revisiting the traditional Liguria’s dish with an innovative eye. Only drawback, the terrace is beautiful and overlooking the sea but not on the sea, the main road is just below…. And the house wine was not at level with the food but wine cart was great
TheForkUserVery friendly personal, great location and super tasty food. I loved seafood and ”drunken ice cream”. You should definitely try home made vine!
_TI***d8This place is a hidden gem with Mediterranean flavors in a rustic setting. The wine selection is impressive, and the food is expertly prepared, making it a must-visit for anyone looking to enjoy quality cuisine.
TheForkUserExcellent food, plus traditional with a creative touch: starter, main, and dessert alike. Most gracious service. Waiting time a bit excessive though, as lasted more than two hours (plus to get there from downtown you need some 20 minutes). Still, food wise, totally recommendable.
