so fun, we made Chinese friends who got us beers.

Pica Pica music restaurant and the nightclub dominate this lane. The beer fish is very good. The nightclub gets very boisterous from about 10pm. Like Miss Yangshuo and the other night venues, they grossly overcharge for their beers.

KAYA is a cool bar with a good vibe. The music is reggae-influenced dance music. This is NOT the average Chinese bar found on West Street, it’s much more international. Good rum selection-I recommend.

'Miss Yangshuo' is one of numerous late night music pubs. These places have limited trading hours but are licensed to remain open until about 2 am. Lots of overheads/expenses with many musicians/singers and other staff to pay, means inflated beer prices for the customer - 70 RMB for 275 ml bottle!! - anyway, still worth it if you feel it's too early to go home to bed!
