TheForkUserWe booked a table at 14:00 but we were guided to the table at 14:15, probably because yesterday was mother's day. The food is good and abundant. We will return next time if we happen to be around.
TheForkUserVery simple location in the outskirt of Milan , just a bit noisyTypical regional restaurant with dishes and recipes of the Abuzzo regionGood food quality , well prepared, with the peculiarity of the presence of Saffron as ingredient throughout the menu , desserts included.Outstanding "Arrosticini" and homenade pasta dishes , definitively advisable
TheForkUserThe food is good, but we didn’t like the fact they put too much pressure on you while you’re eating as for example we had the table from 12:30 until 2pm for 9 people so of course we needed some time to order and we were pretty fast doing so. At the some time they needed time to cook the food we ordered so long story short we started eating around 13:20ish and every 10 minutes they kept coming asking If everything was ok that is not that bad but also stressed people out as they felt they needed to eat in a rush and in fact just after a few minutes we were done they came in and started clearing the table and by 13:59 we were out!
TheForkUserIt was not for the first time , their delicious traditional menu and spectacular service made us go back. The lady who gently served us rememberedus and made us feel at home. Will definitely go back
TheForkUserIn MIlan they may believe to be all gourmets and restaurant critics. What a miserable life they must have.Great place, great food, great service. A stone's throw from the Holiday Inn (which features free parking outside). Food and aperitivo before the main dishes to enjoy.
TheForkUserThe place on the outskirts and inconspicuous from the outside, but once you step inside you immediately feel the atmosphere. It is an antique villa arranged into a very cosy restaurant. It is worth coming for the very good pizzas, both traditional and more sophisticated gourmet. It is a nice place to spend a date as well as a family dinner. Much recommended.
TheForkUserall was perfect.... only note .. don't fix early booking time (7:30 PM) if you want to eat meat .... they needs some time to prepare the enviroments.
TheForkUserFood was old - couldn't eat it.
TheForkUserWe have been yesterday night at this restaurant to have a family dinner. It was so nice, warm and quiet, was a beautiful atmosphere. The waiter took us to our table, and give us the menu, but first asked if we want water. Then we ordered and the food came relatively fast, considering the fact that the place was full (Saturday night). All the food was delicious, except my dish, which I actually came for, I mean "tagliata di Cavallo". I checked the pictures other people posted and I was so curious to try this, but maybe I was unlucky. Anyway, I ate it, so there was no problem. This was the only thing that I didn't agree with, that's why I checked only 4 out of 5 stars for the food. The rest of the evening was nice, we had a bottle of good wine, pasta, rice and tomahawk steak. The staff was extremely friendly with my little kids, who ran everywhere. Maybe we will come back soon to again the "tagliata". By the way the prices are little bit pricey, but with this app, it's worthy. Thank you and all the best!
TheForkUserEnjoyed our meal here. All four of us were happy with everything we had. Good wine. Great bread. And good set. Would recommend if anyone is visiting Milan and staying nearby.
TheForkUserWow! What can I say, a top 10 pizza of my life so far. We booked this on the fork with really short notice, and the restaurant provided very good service. We got a table outside in the lovely Milan sunshine. They were really warm and welcoming and the restaurant was spotless. The food was just wow. I personally had the four cheese pizza and it was absolutely brilliant. I have had many quattro formaggi around Italy and this is definitely up there with the best. Perfect combination of the cheeses and a lovely base. The fact is this was also reasonable, the bill was very good value and we left a tip as it was a great experience.
TheForkUserAmazing local food. The taste was amazing. Thanks you for an awesome night. The service was great also. Highly recommend the traditional tasting menu
TheForkUserWe always expect great food in Italy, but this was above and beyond. We will long remember the wonderful meal at Il Pianone, along with the spectacular view and great service. This is a must in Bergamo.
TheForkUserThe food was good, but it was a pretty traditional menu. Judging from the ambiance of the restaurant, I was expecting something more innovative. Service was fast but not top-notch (e.g. spilling the wine while serving, three waiters asking the same question). Overall it was a pleasant experience. Good value for money (€116 Euros for a three course meal for two people, including a bottle of wine).
TheForkUserVery nice atmosphere and I love the dishes , polpette and gnocchi . I love the vintage plates , very professional service . Traditional food combined with delicate taste and original display
TheForkUserGreat service, relaxing atmosphere and the food was excellent. Parking easy to find, perfect.
TheForkUserVery very friendly service. The restaurant seems to be specialized in meats and they delivered a really nice fiorentina steak which was tender and flavorful.
TheForkUserA bit out of town and worth the effort. Food was classic with a perfect balance of flavors. No mark up on wine, which surprised us because they have small grower wines that are not widely distributed.
TheForkUserOur visit at Radici was on a day on which the rain did not. Opening the door to the restaurant we were invited into a very nicely decorated room. The five course dinner was excellent and a perfect match to an autumn day. The acompanying wines were well selected and supported the respective course perfectly.
