The brown bread with coffee is my usual order here. Simple, but it hits the spot. Prices are fair for the neighborhood. Gets busy around noon, but I never feel rushed. Kind of place where you can just sit with your paper and let time pass. The sweet coffee breads are dangerously good too.

Decent spot for a quick bite. Food&#39;s simple but tasty, portions are generous. Menu&#39;s only in Dutch though, so bring your phone to translate.

The steak tartare was the standout for me &mdash; properly seasoned, not overdressed. Service is friendly enough, though they did take a while to bring the bill. Prices felt okay for what you get. I&#39;d sit at the bar next time, seemed more relaxed there.

The daily steak special was solid and reasonably priced. Classic brasserie vibe, nothing fancy but comfortable. Would check out what they have on special again.

Steak and shawarma were solid, chicken too. Veggies on the side were a nice touch, not just an afterthought. Place was busy but we got our food quick. Nothing fancy, just good eats.
