TheForkUserI don't understand reviews that say the staff are unfriendly and don't speak English. Wrong on both counts with exceptionally helpful and friendly staff with as much English as you'd ever need. The food was excellent and in a one week stay in Funchal, it ranked the highest. The included wine option was superb value. We would definitely return.

TheForkUserVery good service. They were very considerate as we brought a brithday cake that wasn't decorated and they decorated it with some strawberrys and it looked amazing. The food was delicious. The service was 5 star. There was live music which helped everyone dance a bit, even if it was on there seats. I loved ot and so did my 10 other guests. Thank you CR7 Corner! Keep up the good job.

TheForkUserExcellent food, only had mains, tuna steak came with roast sweet potatoes, excellent.Black pork cheeks served with chestnut and sweet potato mash and veggies, pork cheeks were exceptional, tasty and the meat just fell apart it was so tender.My only minor issue was i would have preffered more sauce/gravy!

Leeno's Bar & Restaurant

TheForkUserLeeno's offers simple, honest food at a fair price: I had fish soup tasty and with large chunks of fish, with a side order of nice fresh hot bolo with garlic butter, my friend enjoyed the mashroom risotto as well seasoned, buttery, with champinions perfectly cooked (not mushy) and with a loverly parmesan topping. As desert, the passion fruit cheese cake is our favorite. We will be back.

Some may find this a bit pricier than other restaurants on the island but the food is worth it and atmosphere is well worth it. Taxi pick up from the hotel and back is a great touch!

They could have just let us order more and took the money knowing we probably wouldn’t be able to eat it. A lot of restaurants do good food but this place was superb with their food and equally great with their hospitality. We will return.

We were greeted by the owner with a glass of complementary fizz, you can choose to eat from the set price concept menu or a la carte. Both offer great value for the quality of the food. The owner and his wife and the other staff were friendly, had time to chat but were also not obtrusive. The food was phenomenal. I had the octopus which was lovely and perfectly cooked - amazing. We enjoyed the food so much we rebooked and went back! This is now our restaurant of choice when in Funchal. I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough.
