TheForkUserWe didn't want much, no starters, just a Calzone for Hubby and a Caesar salad for me, both were excellent. House Rose was good (could have been slightly more chilled, but that's our preference). Service was exceptional. Dogs are welcomed, I added it to the booking note to ensure they knew in advance and they reserved a corner table for us which meant Chester slept all through the meal as he was undisturbed.
TheForkUserGood but not great food. Service was very good and the atmosphere was quite correct. A good meal,at a fair price.
TheForkUserVery friendly service - the restaurant was full but the staff were so friendly and helpful. Salad buffet was plentiful and delicious. Mains were reasonably priced. The house red was very quaffable
TheForkUserA really special team runs this restaurant. Lovely people, Marie, Auriole and many others. You will feel welcomed and cared for. Thanks from a 98 year old D-Day Vet.
TheForkUserWe generally avoid eating at hotel restaurants but we decided to risk this one and we are very happy we did. The food was excellent, slightly original and well presented. The service was great and the price was very satisfactory.
TheForkUserLe Botaniste was a place advised to us by a local chef. We were not disappointed! The setting is stunning, the reception friendly and very professional, the food surprising and excellent, with matching discovery wines presented by a perfect sommelier. In. short, A perfect dinner. So perfect that we decided to go back in the same week.
