Ordered the burger on the app for a quick lunch. It arrived fast, which is key for me. The burger itself was really flavourful, juicy and hit the spot. Staff were nice and efficient. Solid choice when you're in a hurry.

Been here a few times, the food's always solid. The spaghetti bolognese has a nice, rich sauce. But that quadruple chocolate cookie dough... that's the real star. Seriously, save room for it.

Larisa, our server, was so thoughtful. She double-checked with the kitchen about my peanut allergy and explained their procedures clearly. It felt very safe. The kitchen was careful, and my meal came out with a separate note confirming it was allergen-free. That attention to detail meant a lot.

The full English breakfast is cooked to order, which makes a real difference. The ingredients taste so fresh. Portions are just right - left me full but not stuffed. The staff were really lovely, checking in without being overbearing. A solid start to the day.

Been coming here for years. Their gluten-free menu is always reliable, especially the spicy chicken goujons.

The achari chicken was the highlight. Big, juicy pieces of chicken, and that sauce... just the right mix of spices, lime, and coriander. Savory and really well done.

The chicken tikka masala was spot on, and the peshwari naan was a perfect match for it. Ordered for a quiet night in. My only gripe? I wish I'd picked a better beer to go with it, something hoppy would have cut through the richness nicely. Still, top-tier takeaway.

Love that they have a separate conservatory for dogs. My pup and I enjoyed the view together.

The decor is really nice, modern but still feels cosy. Sat by the window and it was a lovely spot to watch the world go by. Food was good, service was quick. Prices are fair for the location on the edge of the town shops.

The crab baguette was incredibly fresh, packed with generous, high-quality crab meat. A lovely, simple lunch. The cake was nice, but the baguette was the star.

Lovely stay. The room was cosy and well presented, with nice local toiletries. Food is cooked fresh to order, which was great. Staff were welcoming and the dog-friendly policy is a big plus. Just a note that the breakfast service can get a little slow when they're busy.

The cod bites are decent for sharing, and the house lager was a surprisingly good match. Quick, easy meal.

Been coming here for years, and the Moroccan shakshuka is the reason. It's always spot on—the eggs just right, the sauce rich and smoky. That consistency keeps me coming back. A proper cozy spot to enjoy it with the coast view.

Had the sea bass and tiramisu in the conservatory. The glass ceiling and all the plants made it feel really airy and light, even though we were indoors. A nice spot for a relaxed meal.

Beef curry was spot on, really tender. Chips were a huge portion, couldn't finish them. Perfect for a quick, filling lunch. Got my food in about 5 minutes.

Decent spot. Portions are generous, and the quality is consistent. Tried a few dishes, everything came out quickly even though the place was packed. A solid choice for a reliable meal.

The roast pork carvery was lovely, and the upstairs view of the sea was perfect for our catch-up. Service was super friendly too.

Ordered delivery to our holiday park. They called 10 mins out, food arrived hot. Quick and easy.

Didn't eat, but the outdoor space is lovely. Saw a few locals digging into what looked like a fantastic lamb shank. That's definitely on my list for next time.

The Mother's Day carvery was a nice touch, and the free Prosecco was appreciated. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Lovely old pub, proper Devon feel. Had the Sunday roast, beef was spot on. The real star was their house red, a surprisingly good match with the rich gravy. Staff are genuinely friendly, makes you feel like a local. A bit of a wait for the food, but worth it for that kind of atmosphere.

Bright and clean, loved the vibe. Saw a few young families with these gorgeous-looking plates of food, made me smile. The menu's solid, good value too. Staff were really on it and friendly.

The staff were lovely, and the place was spotless. I really appreciated how fresh the salad ingredients tasted - the greens were crisp and the tomatoes had real flavour. It's a simple spot, but they clearly care about what goes on the plate.

Been coming here for the Sunday roast for ages. It's always solid. Just book ahead, saw a big queue get turned away today.

Decent portions for the price. Had the pasta, it was filling and didn't break the bank. Not a fancy spot, but you get what you pay for.

Nice range of beers on tap. The place had a warm, welcoming vibe. I tried a couple of local ales with my steak pie – solid pairing. A bit noisy later on, but that’s a Friday for you.
