TheForkUserA wonderful pub restaurant. We were made to feel very welcome on arrival and the staff were very sincere and helpful. It was definitely service with smiles. The food was excellent and hot! The sirloin steak was cooked as requested and is certainly recommended. The real ale was well kept and tasted superb. We will be back.Ed's Easy Diner

Cocktails were really good too, the dessert (sticky toffee pudding served with banana, vanilla ice cream and a sticky sauce) was amazing. Staff were very polite and professional, not sure what all the bad reviews are about, unless we were just very lucky.
