This is a truly exquisite restaurant to dine. Inside a beautifully restored trullo with private areas to enjoy with family or friends. Delicious gourmet menu and extensive wine list. Lots of small innovative tasting plates accompanied by wine pairing is the way to go. Friendly attentive service from staff and chef puts this restaurant high on your list of places to dine.

The place is on the Main Street and you are experiencing the local life passing by. Amazing food! Sea bass carpaccio is a must try and the tagliolini with scampi is a masterpiece. The server us very good wine by the glass. Value for money is perfect.

I was under the impression that there was a separate restaurant AGUA not just the normal one for hotel guests!  Chef was concentrating on producing food for a small function therefore all service for drinks , food and wine was poor throughout. Our meal was small, overcooked and rushed. Really disappointing and would not recommend.

We received a warm welcome and the service as well as the food were excellent. You also have a nice view of the city of Ostuni and there is parking adjacent to the restaurant. We had a very pleasant stay.

Great ambience and setting. Lovely sense of space and great for people watching. A mix of delicious seafood . The staff were really friendly and accommodating.

Pizza was really good, the service was acceptable, but they made you feel welcome. The prices here are super low. And for that price, pizzas are amazing.

One of the best meals we have had in Puglia. Great food, fantastic service, sophisticated atmosphere. Could not fault this restaurant.
