We made sure to drizzle the meat juices on the meat as well.The server served us each a slice of the steak in the beginning which I thought was pretty cool. My only gripe is that they offer many supplements (that are not cheap) and they present them to you in stages so you always feel like you’re being upsold. KongBarNelAmazing experience, but for a 2 Star Michelin, it needs some improvement! I was expecting something more intimate and the restaurant was packed. We were seated in a table with a long couch with two other families very close to us. We had the six course omnivore and two courses were disappointing: the caviar taste disappeared in the green garbanzo beans; the wagyu per se was tasteless and needs improvement! The last thing was the restroom, which was very basic and not compatible with the restaurant sophistication!The Modern
