The tiramisu here is seriously good—light, creamy, not too sweet. I came for a drink and ended up staying for dessert. Service was quick and friendly, which I appreciated. Prices felt fair for the area, especially for the quality. Wouldn’t mind going back just for that dessert again.

Solid madras. Vegan options actually marked clearly, which helps. Staff friendly enough. Place was quiet for a Tuesday night. Not bad for Basel Indian.

The seafood bento was pretty solid—good size and the gyoza were the highlight for me. It's a bit pricier than other spots around, but I didn't mind paying for the quality. Would probably come back if I'm craving that mix of things.

Lovely brunch spot. The cold and warm dishes were fresh, especially the salads—greens still crisp, not wilted. Dessert spread looked impressive too, though I didn't try much. Staff friendly, let us sit without rushing. Parking easy, which is rare around here. Just wish they had more clearly labeled vegan options. Still, a nice relaxed morning.

Been coming here for a while now. Lunch bento changes weekly, always fresh. Sake list is solid too. Place stays quiet even at noon, which I appreciate. Service is fine, nothing flashy. Only thing is the lunch menu's a bit small if you're really hungry. But for a steady, no-fuss meal, it does the job.

Stopped by for the three-course menu. The welcome was nice, table looked good. Food was solid, wines paired well. A pleasant evening out.

We grabbed a table on the terrace and it was honestly so peaceful. The old town setting is pretty charming, quiet enough to actually hear each other talk. Staff were friendly right off the bat. I had the truffle pasta and it was decent, though maybe a touch salty for me. Nice spot if you're wandering around that area and want a break from the busy streets.

Came here on a warm evening and grabbed a spot in the lounge area. The music was just right, not too loud. Food was tasty, drinks were good. Staff friendly too. Only thing is the seating felt a bit cramped after a while. Still, nice place to unwind. 🌿

Took the seafood cooking class here — solid insight into how a Michelin kitchen actually plates things. Team was friendly, no fuss, and the food we made tasted proper. Wine pairing was decent too. Class ran on time, which I appreciate. Not cheap, but you're paying for the technique. Would do it again if I'm back in town.

Been coming here for a while now. The carbonara is consistently good, which is why I keep going back. It's a bit pricey for Aarau, but you get what you pay for.

Solid spot for a quick lunch. The couscous with meatballs came out fast and was tasty. Owner's friendly. Mint tea was a bit sweet for my taste, but good for a quick bite.

The couscous was tasty, but the wait was quite long. Friendly staff though.

We stopped by for a coffee break and the place has a nice modern vibe. The cappuccino was really good, nicely presented too. Only thing is the seating is a bit snug, not much room between tables. But the staff was friendly and didn't rush us, which I appreciated. A decent spot if you're in the area and need a quiet moment.

Been coming here every year since 2016. Still consistent, and the place is clean and spacious. Our chihuahua enjoys it as much as we do. 🐕

Sat on the terrace in the early March sun, really quiet spot. The pizza had a nice crispy crust, simple but good. Service was smooth, no fuss. They gave my wife a rose for Women's Day, a nice touch.

Been here a few times with friends, always for dinner. The atmosphere is so relaxed, perfect for catching up. The traditional dishes are solid, and the welcome is genuinely warm. A nice spot for a low-key evening out.

Birthday dinner last week. The staff brought out a little dessert with a candle and sang for us. It was a nice touch, made the evening feel a bit more festive. The dessert itself was simple, but the gesture was appreciated.

Cozy place, no fuss. Had a coffee and pastry on a sunny afternoon—pastry was fresh, coffee decent. Wish they had more healthy options though.
