We booked the 7-course with wine pairings for a quiet night out. The flavors were well balanced, and the pours matched each dish nicely. Service stayed attentive but never hovered. Just wish the pacing between courses was a bit quicker, we were there for almost three hours. Still, a solid choice if you have time to spare.

The asparagus dishes here are really something. Chef Jos knows what he's doing with seasonal produce. We sat near the window, and the chairs were comfortable enough to linger over coffee after. Service was friendly without hovering. Just a solid, easy dinner. Maybe slightly pricey for what you get, but I left satisfied.

Service was genuinely friendly — the kind where you feel like they actually want you there. Food came out fresh and clearly made with care. I liked the vibe too, nothing fancy but comfortable enough to sit and take your time. Only thing is it got a bit busy later, but that’s probably a good sign. Solid spot.

Lunch was solid — the vispannetje and ribs were tasty and the portions were generous. Bill felt fair for what we got. Service was friendly too.

The trout was cooked nicely and the Great Hops beer on tap hit the spot. Dessert menu is small, but the interior is cozy enough that I didn't mind.

The schnitzel with cheese and asparagus was solid. Portion sizes are generous for what you pay. Mixed grill plate could easily feed two people.

Tried the surprise menu, braised salmon was the highlight for sure. 43 euros for four courses, pretty decent deal. Some courses were better than others but overall a solid pick.

The pulled chicken bao was the highlight for me—so juicy and well-seasoned. I liked that the appetizers came out fresh and vibrant. The mains were okay, though the steak could’ve used a pinch of salt. Fries were a bit soft for Dutch taste. Dessert and cheese board saved the end of the meal nicely. Place is loud, so not the spot for a quiet chat.

Been coming here for a while now. Staff still remember my usual order, which says a lot. Even when it's packed, they stay friendly and don't rush you. Food's consistent too, never had a bad meal. That's honestly why I keep coming back. Just wish they had a bit more seating, but that's minor.

The Matriciana here is seriously good. I tried it for the first time last week and I'm still thinking about that sauce. Pasta was cooked just right, not too soft. Place was pretty busy but I got a seat at the bar. Might go back for the seafood stroganoff next time, heard it's also solid.

The food looked great on the plate and tasted even better. We grabbed a bottle of Spanish red that paired nicely with the grilled octopus. Place got pretty noisy later though, music kept creeping up. Could barely hear my friend by the end. Still, solid meal for what we paid.

The food was exceptionally good! And the portions were quite big. Also the ambiance was really nice, very industrial but with a nice mood. I would definately reccommend this restaurant!

Very good flavors and very nice people! fully recommended

We ordered an appetizer to share and it came already separated in two plates! It was a personal nice touch! The food tastes great, I like the open kitchen concept and the presentation was also very good. I try this randomly and didn’t expect the restaurant to be full house on Thursday’s evening, but again, everything meets expectations, we will surely come back.

The beer selection here is genuinely impressive, over a thousand options. We grabbed a table, played a board game, and it stayed pretty calm even though it was busy. Cozy, moody lighting too. Just a nice, easy place to spend an evening. My only small gripe, the service was a bit slow at the bar, but I wasn't in a hurry anyway.

Been coming here for a while now, and the vegan tasting menu keeps me hooked. Each course is plated like something you'd see in a magazine, and the alcohol-free pairings actually match the food well. Not the cheapest spot, but you can tell they put real thought into it. I'll be back for sure.

Been coming here for a while now, and the crust keeps me coming back. Proper chewy, charred on the edges, just how it should be. Had the margherita again this time, still consistent. Place gets busy, but that's a good sign. If you're after real pizza in Eindhoven, this is it.

Gluten-free options were decent and the staff knew exactly which ones they were. Food came out fresh, prices fair. Nothing fancy but solid.

Cozy place, staff genuinely friendly. Had the grilled fish with a glass of Sauvignon Blanc—decent pairing, though the wine list could use a few more options. Food was good, not mind-blowing.

Second visit and the food's still on point. Nice to see consistency. The wine list had a decent Grüner that paired well with the schnitzel. Place was buzzing, maybe a touch loud, but that's part of the charm.

Came for the vibe, stayed for the drinks. Outdoor seating is perfect for people-watching when the sun's out. I had the fresh mint lemonade—really refreshing, not too sweet. Ingredients tasted clean, which I appreciate. Only thing: the menu could use more veggie options. Still, a nice spot to unwind.

The bossche bollen are seriously good here, and my cappuccino hit the spot. Grabbed a seat outside and just watched people go by for a bit. Perfect little break. ☕

The porcini ravioli were honestly the best thing we ordered. Fresh pasta, nice and light. A couple of appetizers on the menu weren't available when we went, which was a bit annoying, but the ravioli made up for it. Good spot for a casual catch-up with friends, not too fancy. I'd go back just for that dish. 😊

I keep coming back to this place for their samosas, they’re seriously so good. Grabbed some with friends last week and we finished them in like five minutes. The filling is spot on, not too greasy. Only wish they gave a bit more chutney with it. Still, solid spot for a quick bite. 😊

Right by the station, so you can't miss it. Sat outside on the terrace, which was nice. Food's got some creative touches, well put together. Portions are on the smaller side though, and you pay for it. Fine for a treat, not an everyday spot.

The chef's table was a solid pick. Every course had something interesting going on, and the produce really tasted fresh. Just don't come starving—the pacing is pretty slow.

The glasshouse out back is a solid spot to park yourself for a few hours. Food was decent, service friendly. Wish they had a better wine list though, beer garden kinda calls for something lighter.

Stopped by for lunch during outlet shopping. Pulled pork and fries did the job — nothing fancy, decent service. Slightly overpriced for the portion, but no complaints.
