The beer selection is always on point, really impressive variety. I was a bit surprised by the prices though, felt a little steep for a casual pint. Still, a solid spot for a drink.

Good spot for a business lunch. Staff were very helpful - they arranged a small birthday gesture for a colleague when I called ahead. Food was solid, service efficient. Convenient location near the office.

Nice spot for a relaxed pint. The layout works well, with separate areas for shuffleboard and darts. Had a decent local ale that went nicely with just sitting back and watching a game. The shuffleboard area was a bit crowded later on, but overall a solid choice for a low-key evening.

The £35 set menu was a nice surprise. The duck was cooked just right, and the raspberry cheesecake was a lovely finish. Staff were really friendly, too.

Been here a few times. The hot dog in a brioche bun is solid, and the peanut butter cup milkshake in the metal shaker is always good. It's a decent spot off the A5 when you want something filling.

Love the vibe here, proper old-school pub feel. The pints are surprisingly affordable, which is a nice change from some places. Just what you need for a chilled evening out.

Been coming here for years when I'm in the area. It's a proper pub, always has a good few local ales on tap. The staff are genuinely friendly, makes you feel welcome. Haven't tried the food yet, but the plates coming out of the kitchen always look spot on.

The carvery here is a proper steal. For under a tenner, you get a huge plate. The beef was tender, the roasties were crispy, and the gravy was rich. Can't argue with that.

The staff were really friendly and attentive. I had the grilled salmon, which was lovely. They even surprised me with a birthday drink, which was a nice touch.

The fish and chips were great, and the house lager was a perfect match.

Been a regular for years, always for the good stuff. The lamb curry is still the one to beat. Service is spot on. They've got a decent wine list too, which makes a real difference. A bit on the pricey side, but you know what you're getting.

Bigger inside than it looks, never felt crowded even when busy. The moussaka was spot on, rich and layered. Chicken with lemon potatoes was good, though the potatoes could have been a bit crispier. Solid meal.

The jackfruit burger here is solid. The patty has a nice texture, not mushy. Good size portion too. Could use a bit more seasoning in the patty itself, but the sauces help.

Stumbled in for lunch and got the halloumi sandwich. Really hit the spot, and the price was right. Just a bit of a squeeze between the tables, that's all.

Perfect for a shopping break with friends! The staff are so friendly, really made our catch-up feel relaxed. Classic pizza and a cold beer hit the spot.

The burger was the real deal. Juicy patty, melted cheese, soft bun. Just a solid, straightforward burger done right. That's what I came for.

Been coming here for years now. The portions are still generous, and the food tastes just as good as I remember. That’s why I keep coming back.

Booked a table weeks ahead, but honestly? The wait was worth it. Had their signature truffle pasta and it was just spot on. Really enjoyed the whole vibe.

Lovely afternoon at the Chapter Edgbaston. Service very good. Made time for the customers. The food was delicious and beautifully presented as was desert.Fish of the day (Hake) 😋 £28 Pavlova 😋 £11 Stonefruit Smash cocktail 🥰 £10Steak and chips 😋 £21.50 Cheesecake 😋 £10Fish of the day (Hake) 😋 £28 B-Rum honey and ice cream 😋 £7Stylishly decorated with a relaxing atmosphere. Well worth the visit.

Love watching the chefs work in the open kitchen. The chicken teriyaki skewers were juicy and had a nice glaze. Dragon roll was generous, really hit the spot. 👍

The claypot noodles were exactly what I needed on a chilly evening. Very generous portion for the price, easily enough for two. The char kway teow had that proper smoky flavour from the wok. Good, simple spot.

Been coming here for years, and the private dining hall is always spot on. Perfect for our annual team dinners. It’s got that relaxed but classy feel, never feels stuffy. Just a really solid space for a group.
