TheForkUserThe pizzas were excellent and a doggy bag was provided for the left overs. I would love to have ordered desert and coffee. However, the waitress was so involved in a conversation with some other customers and the went inside and wasn't seen again. We decided to go and paid at the counter! The music was also very loud outside.
TheForkUserExcellent food and service in a nice setting, weight staff were very attentive with exceptional quality of ingredients. Would highly recommend.
_TI***nqThis restaurant is a culinary gem! The attention to detail in both the food presentation and the service is impressive. I can't wait to return for another exceptional meal by the lake.
TheForkUserAfter searching online for a highly-rated restaurant outside of the busy touristy areas of Luzern, we found this gem on The Fork. We arrived and were greeted with a great outdoor table. Our server was helpful and funny. The menu was great, and they provide an English translation. The pizza was incredible. I would highly recommend the chili oil if you like spicy food. Drinks were great as well. The feel of the restaurant was just like a neighborhood favorite spot. It was evident several folks knew each other. We felt so comfortable. The place just had an awesome vibe. If you go downstairs, you can watch the kitchen staff make the pizzas in the wood fire grill. This was a fantastic dining experience. Would go again!
TheForkUserFor what it sets out to do, Spun delivers perfectly. Great produce well prepared. Absolutely no unnecessary additives!
_GG***17We stumbled upon Brasserie St.Georges in Interlaken, and boy, are we glad we did! We'd originally made reservations at a traditional Swiss place across the street, but honestly, we couldn't face another meal of fondue and potatoes. This place turned out to be exactly what we needed.Located in one of the nicest hotels in the area, Brasserie St.Georges offers a mix of Italian, French, and Swiss food. The restaurant itself has a great vibe - fancy enough for a nice dinner out, but still comfortable for a family meal.I went for the burger, and it was spot-on. Thick, juicy, and cooked just right - exactly what I was craving. My wife tried the Chicken Cordon Bleu, which was a hit. Instead of the usual ham, it had beef inside along with the melted cheese, all wrapped up in crispy breading. A nice twist on a classic. The real winner for us was the kids' menu. Our daughter got the chicken tenders and loved them. It's not always easy to find good options for kids in Interlaken, so this was a big plus. What really stood out was the service. In a country known for good hospitality, these folks still managed to impress us. They were attentive without being overbearing, and seemed genuinely happy to help. The hotel that houses the restaurant is pretty impressive too - it's one of those beautiful, historic buildings you see all over Switzerland. It definitely added to the overall experience. If you're in Interlaken and looking for a break from traditional Swiss fare, or just want a really good meal, Brasserie St.Georges is the place to go. It ended up being one of the highlights of our trip, food-wise. We'll definitely be back next time we're in town.
_TI***dcGourmIndia offers a delightful selection of Indian dishes that are rich and flavorful. The butter chicken and naan are must-tries, and the prices are reasonable for the quality.
TheForkUserLovely spectacular view as you have the food!Food quality is on average but definitely warrants the price. Bread loaf comes for free before the course which adds some points to it
