I had the chef&#39;s tasting menu, and it was absolutely spectacular! The flavors were vibrant, and it&#39;s clear that this place serves some of the best Peruvian food in DC.

The atmosphere is beautiful and perfect for a date night. The service was excellent, and I particularly enjoyed the Lamb Biryani and Chicken Tikka, both of which were wonderfully flavorful.

Despite some minor service delays due to the busy atmosphere, the overall experience at BLK Swan was enjoyable. The combination of good food, great drinks, and a lively vibe makes it worth a visit.

The service at Royal Sands was top-notch! Our server was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the night. The food was delicious, especially the Pink Flamingo Roll, which has become my favorite.
