Perfect pre-event meal! The fried oyster and shrimp set had a super light, crispy batter. Went through it way too fast. 😋

The whole wheat noodles had a great texture, not too soft. The broth was light but still had a nice savory flavor. A really solid, simple bowl of noodles.
