The pasta alla norma is the reason I keep coming back. The eggplant is fried until it's almost creamy, and the ricotta salata on top has just the right salty bite. It's a simple dish done exactly right.

Attracted by the emphasis on local produce and dishes with meat dominating we were not disappointed.... The staff appeared genuinely proud of their heritage!! Dish sizes were very generous and, rather than let us over order, we were encouraged to share dishes which provoded for an ideal quantity of food. We were also directed to an appropriate Etna red wine to accompany our dinner. All in all, a very enjoyable experience which we we intend to repeating very soon. If you are looking for good quality rustic local cuisine and ample portions, this family business is one you should consider! Recommended!!

Came for the fish, it was fresh. The pistachio frozen dessert was a nice touch. But honestly, the portion for the main was a bit on the smaller side for the price.

A cozy spot for a rainy afternoon. I tried their chocolate cake and it was rich, not too sweet. The focaccia was also a nice surprise, warm and fluffy. Perfect with a hot tea.

Been coming here for years. Their croissants are always fresh, flaky. The brioche is nice and soft too. A solid spot for a simple breakfast.

Perfect spot for an aperitivo. The lights strung through the trees made it feel magical as the sun went down. The spritz was crisp, and the cicchetti were just right for sharing. A lovely way to start the evening.

Stumbled upon this spot and loved the vibe! Perfect for catching up with friends. The burgers are HUGE, seriously need a big appetite to finish one. Service was friendly and quick, which was nice when we were all chatting.

Food was impeccably cooked and presented. The entire experience was fantastic. We also choose the Tour of Sicily wine experience which did not disappoint. Usually a restaurant has some "misses" in the course of a meal- Fusion did not. Twice the meal as Belmond's Timeo and a better value. Location superb and the waitstaff was very attentive.

Brilliant location and staff, food was amazing and gluten free pasta my partner had was better than most "normal" pasta I've eaten!

It was a very nice experience) We was celebrating a birthday there and everyone was very helpful and accommodating. The food was excellent, We chose the fish menu and found it fresh and delicious. Highly recommended)

Really lovely night here. We had sea bream, seafood linguine and lamb knuckle and all were really good. The atmosphere here was great and it was reasonable for Taormina prices.

A great restaurant on a corner in town. The seating was lovely and the food was delicious. Our drinks and starters came fast and mains were right on time. We would definitely recommend.

The Sicilian Antipasto was a lovely start. I really enjoyed the linguine with prawns, zucchini, and pine nuts. The meal was quite nice, though the chairs were a bit firm for a longer dinner.

The vibe is pretty simple and basic inside, but I liked how laid-back it felt. Just a no-frills spot where the food is the main event.

The grilled mackerel was so fresh and the vegetables were perfectly crisp. A really nice, healthy choice.

The burger patty was cooked just right, juicy and flavorful. The fries were a nice surprise, they actually tasted like real potatoes. The service was friendly and the whole meal felt very relaxed.
