Tried the mango salad from the lunch specials. The balance of sweet and savoury was just right, really hit the spot on a warm day. The hot and sour soup was good too, not too spicy.

I tried the 6oz fresh patty and the 3oz frozen one. The fresh one is definitely the way to go, you can really taste the difference in the texture and juiciness.

The Lola Bento Box was a solid choice. Very filling for the price. I appreciated the sake list—found a nice, dry option that cut through the richness of the fried items. Menu looks huge, will have to come back.

The pizza oven was the star here. You can see the whole process, and the crust came out perfectly charred and chewy. Really makes a difference compared to just any pizza place.

Family-friendly spot with a welcoming vibe. The arcade games are a nice touch, and they have a decent house red that pairs well with a casual dinner.

The staff here are so friendly and know the menu inside out. They helped me pick a dish I'd never tried before, and it was a nice surprise. Just a really welcoming spot.

The karaoke room was fun, but ordering food to the room really adds up. The snacks and drinks were priced like a concert venue. It's a good time, just be ready for the bill at the end.

Love the cozy, maritime vibe here. The booths are super comfortable. What really stood out for me was the freshness of the ingredients in my grilled salmon salad. The greens tasted just-picked and the fish was perfectly cooked. A very satisfying, healthy lunch.

Been back a few times, love the vibe for hanging out with friends. The sticky toffee pudding is a must.

The margaritas were excellent, and you can tell the kitchen really takes pride in their work. The portions are generous, and everything tasted so fresh. The staff was friendly and happy to help with recommendations. A lively spot for a nice meal.

Been coming here for years. It's my go-to on Bloor when I want something solid. The tiramisu cheesecake is the real star – not too sweet, perfect texture. Always a nice, relaxed spot for a chat.

Grabbed a counter seat and noticed the kitchen was spotless, even on a packed Friday night. Staff were still pretty chill and kept checking in. Just felt like a smooth place.

A Toronto classic with a great rock vibe. The wine list is solid and fits the grimy aesthetic perfectly.

Been coming here for years, it's a Toronto classic. The fries with alioli are my go-to – crispy, salty, and that garlic dip is everything. Perfect spot to grab a bite before a show.

Been coming here for years, and the fish and chips never disappoint. The batter is always perfectly crisp, the fish inside stays moist. It's just consistently good. That's why I keep coming back.

The sushi here is solid and the fish is super fresh. Perfect spot to grab a roll with friends without breaking the bank.

Lovely spot for a casual dinner. We sat on the patio and the atmosphere was so warm and inviting. The staff was very friendly and attentive, which made the whole evening feel relaxed and easy. A really comfortable place to unwind.

Solid dim sum spot in Scarborough. The classic dishes hit the spot, and the tea service is a nice touch.

Clean place, friendly staff. My go-to for a quick bite with friends.

The mango lassi here is a must. It's got that perfect balance of sweet and tangy. Atmika, our server, is fantastic—she remembered my usual order from last time. Makes you feel like a regular.

The lunch set's a steal at $13. Main, soup, and a veggie roll. The roll tasted like it was made right there, not just reheated. That little detail made it feel like a proper meal, not just a quick bite.

Portions are generous, and everything's always fresh. My go-to breakfast spot near the office now.

The steak focaccia is massive! Could barely finish half. The bread is so soft and the meat is super flavorful. A really solid take on an Italian sandwich.

Chef's focus at the sushi bar is something else. Just watching him work, you can tell he's really into it. The fish was super fresh. A bit pricey, but that focus makes it worth it.

The Valentine's special had a nice seacuterie platter. The smoked salmon on it was good, but the main salmon dish was the real star. Perfectly cooked, flaky and moist. That piece of fish was the only thing I really remember.
