A fun, traditional Izakaya vibe with great roasted eel. A go-to place for locals. Highly recommend if you are staying near the North York area.

Spicy beef ramen for a quick lunch. Broth was rich, noodles had a good chew. Beef could be a bit more tender. Got my order in under 10 minutes, perfect for a short break.

Been coming here for years, the flavors are always spot-on. The Shanghai rice cakes have that perfect chewy texture, and the Peking duck skin is always crisp. A solid choice when you're craving those traditional tastes.

The fried octopus balls were the highlight. Really crispy outside, nice and chewy inside. The sauce wasn't overpowering either. Solid snack.

No reservation, got a table right away. Food was tasty, but honestly, the portions felt a bit small for the price. We stayed pretty late and they didn't rush us out, which was nice.

They were so nice to squeeze us in on a busy night. The service was really attentive, but never felt like they were hovering. Just the right balance. Made for a very relaxed dinner.

The staff here are so nice. They remembered my preference for extra lime in my water without me asking again. It's a small thing, but it made the meal feel really personal.

Been here a few times. Steaks are always cooked right, just how we like them. The salads and starters are fresh, which is nice. Got seated quickly, service is fine. It's a reliable spot.

Loved the old-school diner feel here. The wings were solid, but the real star was the beer pitcher. Perfectly chilled and went down easy with the food. Staff was friendly, made us feel right at home. A good spot for a casual bite and a cold one.

Solid bruschetta. Very garlicky, generous portion for the price. Fish and chips and chicken parm were both hearty. Good casual lunch spot.

The Peking duck here is very good. The skin was perfectly crispy. I appreciate that they use the whole duck. The service was attentive and the dining room felt comfortable, not rushed.

Conveniently located on Yonge Street near T&T, so it's easy to get to. Plenty of parking in the plaza, which is a huge plus. The portion sizes were decent for the price, felt like I got my money's worth. Nothing fancy, but solid.

Keyur timed everything perfectly before the Jays game. The service was great, and his wine suggestion was spot-on. Made for a very smooth start to the evening.

Market Street Catch offers a fantastic seafood experience with perfectly crispy fish fry and flavorful grilled calamari. The casual vibe and friendly service make it a must-visit for seafood lovers in downtown.

The lunch was a nice surprise. Presentation was really thoughtful. As someone who avoids gluten and dairy, it's hard to find something that doesn't feel like a compromise. This didn't. Portion was a touch small for the price, but the flavors were spot on.

Solid BBQ platter. Meats were cooked well, good portion for the price. The sauces were a bit one-note, could use more variety. Would order the platter again.

Love the little outdoor seating area! It’s tucked away from the terminal chaos, feels like a quiet escape. Perfect spot to just sit and people-watch while you eat.

Had the omakase here with friends. The chef's picks were all so fresh and nicely presented. Really cozy spot, perfect for a chill catch-up. Just a heads up, they only take cash!

The French onion soup here is the real deal. Deep, savory broth with a proper amount of melted gruyère on top. The crouton underneath stays just firm enough. That's the dish I'll come back for.

The mango slushy is so refreshing, made with real fruit. I really appreciate that it wasn't overly sweet, it was just right. A very nice drink to have with my meal.

Been coming here for years. The portions are always generous and the food arrives piping hot. It’s just solid, reliable food.

Loved the vibe here! Perfect for catching up with friends over some authentic Thai street food. The murals and tin cutlery are such cool details.

The fettuccine with shrimp had such fresh ingredients. The shrimp were plump and the pasta was cooked just right. I really appreciate when you can taste the quality of the produce. The ceramic bowls made it feel homely too.
