We stopped by for a late lunch and I was really impressed with how fresh everything tasted. The vegetables had that just-picked crunch, you know? Even the simple stuff felt carefully put together. Prices seemed reasonable for what you get. Service was friendly too, though it did get a bit busy around 2pm. Nice little place if you're in the area and want something light.

Stopped by for a quick coffee last week. Greek coffee in the briki was solid, strong like it should be. Good spot to just sit and watch the street go by. Service was fine, nothing fancy. Place gets a bit loud when it fills up, but that's not a dealbreaker. I'll be back when I'm in the area.

Stopped by for a late lunch. Cheese and Greek salad were solid, stuffed squid too. But honestly the dessert was the highlight, didn't expect that. Place felt warm, staff were nice about us taking our time. Wouldn't mind coming back just for that sweet thing again.

The beef kebab was so tender and juicy, definitely the highlight for me. Also tried their homemade sour cherry dessert—unexpected but really nice touch.

No. 9 of Fine Dining in Athens

The arancini were solid, definitely the standout. Pizza had a great crust too. Service was quick and friendly. Good spot for a fast lunch if you're in the area.

Stopped by for dinner and honestly the food was solid, but what really got me was the wine list. Found a Greek red I hadn’t tried before and it paired beautifully with the lamb. Place looks like Aladdin’s Cave inside, a bit chaotic but charming. Service was friendly, though we did wait a while for the bill. Would come back just for that wine.

The pad thai here is legit. Noodles had that proper wok char, peanuts crushed fresh on top. Tom yum was sour enough, shrimp cooked right. Didn't care much about the room or service, just ate and left. Price is fair for what you get in Athens. Would come back for that pad thai again.

The beet salad was spot on, and the fish of the day didn't disappoint either. Modern take on Greek classics, done right. Plus that Acropolis view at night is hard to beat.

Came for dinner last week. The live Greek music was the highlight — been over a year since I heard that quality. Chef knows how to handle seasonal ingredients, no complaints there. Service was efficient, got us seated right away. Place is easy to find too. Would go back if I'm in the area again.

We came here for a late dinner and honestly the food was the highlight. I got the lamb and it was so tender, like falling apart with just a fork. My friend had the pasta and kept stealing bites of mine lol. The place got a bit noisy later but it didn’t bother us much. Would come back just for that lamb again 😊

The mixed grill for two is a feast—easily enough for three. Meat was tender and well-seasoned, and the staff made us feel welcome even without speaking Greek.

The bitter greens they recommended were a standout—simple but perfectly done. Prices are fair for the generous portions.

We got there before the rush, so it was pretty quiet. Pizza was generous, good crust. Only thing, the waiter tried to take my plate while I was still eating. Felt a bit hurried. Otherwise, a comfortable spot to just sit and eat. I'd come back.

The saganaki was great, and the hosts even sent us home with extra cake. Nice spot, though the stairs were a bit much.

The food is honestly the whole reason to come here. Portions are big, flavors taste proper and real. Service was a bit all over the place, but I didn't really care once the dishes landed. Just focus on the plates and you'll leave full and happy. That's enough for me.

The grilled octopus was perfectly tender and tasted super fresh. Loved that they use good olive oil. Portions are generous too.

The hummus with beef and pine nuts is still my favorite thing here. Staff actually remember you, which is nice. Muhalabie with rose water was a sweet finish.

The pastitsio and gigantes tasted like they came out of someone’s yiayia’s kitchen. Portions are solid for the price. Place was a bit quiet when I went, but the food did the talking.

The dakos salad here is really good, maybe the best I've had around. I sat outside and honestly the traffic noise was a bit much. The bread soaks up the olive oil nicely though. If you're sensitive to noise, grab a table inside. Service was friendly enough, didn't have to wait long for the bill.

The Aperol was spot on and the pizza had that crispy crust I like. Staff were friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Comfortable spot to just sit and relax.

Came for the grilled prawns and smoked eel — both were spot on. House white surprised me too. It’s a bit of a ride from the center but worth it. Place was packed, so book ahead.

Been coming here for a while now, and honestly the vibe keeps me coming back. Tacos are solid, though I still think 14 euros for two is a bit much. Portions haven't changed either, still on the smaller side. But the place has that something, you know? I just wish they'd ease up on the prices a little.

Tried the tandoori chicken with extra heat—they didn’t hold back. Power went out for a bit but service stayed quick. Naan was a little dry though.

The space itself is what got me — high ceilings, warm lighting, felt like a proper taverna but with a cleaner edge. Sat near the window and the seat was actually comfortable, which is rare for me to notice. Food was solid too, but the vibe alone would pull me back. Just wish they’d turn the music down a notch.

My partner & I were blown away with the delicious, fresh fish and excellent service. Everyone was extremely friendly and indulged my lack of Greek-speaking by comfortably speaking English. Overall HIGHLY recommend this place! Worth a visit for sure! 🤙

Found this place by accident and honestly the portions are huge. We ordered way too much for two people. The food's proper Chinese, not the westernized stuff. Just don't expect fancy decor - it's all about the food here.
