_TI***65I recently dined at a luxurious restaurant, and I must say, the experience left much to be desired, primarily due to the extremely poor behavior and communication skills of the staff, who seemed incapable of speaking English. Their behavior was far from what one would expect in a high-end establishment. They appeared disinterested and even somewhat rude. It felt as though they were inconvenienced by having English-speaking customers, which was disappointing given the reputation of the restaurant.In particular, when I went to go behind the pianist to go to the toilet, the employee came and almost pushed me so that she wouldn't pass by. He told me that only staff come here and to leave. She answered calmly if she wanted to speak more politely and she just continued to tell me only personal.In conclusion, while the ambiance and cuisine of this restaurant were commendable, the abysmal level of English proficiency and the unprofessional behavior of the staff marred what could have been an exceptional dining experience. It's essential for establishments aiming to attract international clientele to invest in staff training and language skills to ensure that all guests feel welcome and valued.Portfolio restaurant
