Stopped by for a beer after work. They've got a solid list, local stuff and some imports too. Had the roast beef, pretty decent for pub food. Lamb shank looked good on the next table. Place was a bit quiet but fine for a Tuesday. Nothing fancy, just a proper beer stop.

We came with the kids and they loved the little play corner. Food was solid, nothing fancy but well done. Staff left us alone long enough to enjoy the meal, which I appreciate. Place has that relaxed vibe where you don't feel rushed. Maybe not the most exciting menu, but for a family outing it works fine.

Solid traditional German food. Got the schnitzel, it was good. Place has a nice countryside feel. Service got a bit slow after the lunch rush, but the food made up for it.

The jalfrezi had a proper kick, and the sugar lassi balanced it out nicely. Service was friendly, nothing fancy, but the spices felt fresh.

The menu changes often, which I really like. Got a fresh salad with seasonal veggies—simple but tasty. Prices felt fair for the quality. One of the better spots in Bamberg.

Solid dinner spot. We had the schnitzel and a pasta dish, both came out hot and clearly made to order. Service was quick, no hovering. With a bottle of wine and water for two, the bill felt fair for what you got. Nothing fancy, but I'd sit down here again.

Excellent food, very well presented and served by the Restaurant staff. We had bottle of wine to accompany the different courses, an outstanding Sancerre. Great experience in a great atmosphere, savoring flavors and aromas. Thanks!

The pasta was solid and the prices are fair for what you get. I grabbed the tiramisu on the way out — homemade, not too sweet. Staff left me alone long enough to enjoy it. Place gets a bit tight when it fills up, but that’s fine. Probably the best Italian spot around here.

The food was fresh and well-prepared. I had a simple salad with grilled chicken, and the vegetables actually tasted like they were sourced locally. Warm plates were a nice touch, kept everything at the right temperature. Service was friendly, though it took a bit to get the bill. Fine for a casual dinner.

Veg and non-veg options available, which I appreciated. Ordering took a while because of a language barrier, but one staff member stepped in and helped sort it out.

Good beer selection and the food was solid. Nothing fancy, but the service was quick and the drinks hit the spot. Fine for a casual meal.

We stopped by on a Saturday night without a booking—managed to get a table, but it was tight. The food was decent, nothing fancy, but the house beers were pretty good. I'd say come early or reserve if you can. Fine for a casual evening, though not somewhere I'd go out of my way for.

The beer here is really good—dry with a fruity note, even though it’s not brewed on site anymore. I only tried a small snack, but the ingredients felt fresh. Service was friendly, nothing rushed. A decent stop after walking around the old town.

Cozy little place in old Bayreuth. Breakfast was solid, and they remembered my coffee order from yesterday. That kinda thing goes a long way.

Thin crust pizza done right. Watched them prep it right in front of me — simple place, but that made it feel more authentic. Solid find in Bayreuth.

We stopped by for a late lunch and shared the grilled pork and lamb. Portions are big, no question. Meat was juicy, well seasoned. They even warmed up some stuff for our little one without making a fuss. That alone makes them stand out around here. Place gets busy, but we didn't wait long. Solid choice if you're in the area.

New owners did a full renovation and now it's Mediterranean. Food came out fresh and the vibe was actually nice. Didn't expect that for this area.

The frozen yogurt here is really good—creamy and not too sweet. I grabbed a salad too, which was fresh and actually filling. Staff were friendly, didn't hover. Nice little spot if you want something light without the heavy restaurant vibe. I'd come back for the yogurt alone.

Stopped by for a quick dinner. Got the mapo tofu and it hit the spot. Spicy, numbing, proper Sichuan taste. Owner was friendly, even helped me pick a dish. Place is small and simple, nothing fancy. Prices fair for what you get. Would come back if I'm in the area again.

Been coming here for a while now. The thali is my usual go-to—solid portions, and the chola bhatura was spot on this time. Prices are fair for what you get, especially near the main station. Not fancy, but it does the job when you want something quick and filling. Maybe a bit busy at peak hours, but that's fine.

The Tucher Weiss on draught was spot on — proper Bavarian wheat beer, cold and clean. Calzone came out hot, decent size for the price. Staff noticed we struggled with the menu and sent over a server with better English. Nice touch, that. Would sit at the bar again just for the beer selection.
