Stopped by for a pint and ended up staying longer than planned. Their homemade beer is seriously good&mdash;proper Czech pub vibe, no fuss. Tried the apple strudel too, warm and not overly sweet, went well with the dark lager. Staff spoke English fine, which helped since my Czech is basically nonexistent. Place was a bit busy but worth it.

The triple chocolate cake was the highlight &mdash; rich, good texture, not too sweet. Cash only though, so come prepared. Server was friendly and spoke great English.

Stopped by for a late breakfast. Benedict Egg was solid, hollandaise actually had some tang to it. Place looks tiny from the street but opens up in the back and upstairs. Snagged a table by the big windows, good light. Staff left me alone which I appreciated. Maybe not the cheapest but the food held up.

Tried one of their pastries&mdash;looked almost too good to eat, but it tasted even better. Nice to see cocktails on the menu too, not just the usual espresso stuff. Place has a good buzz without being loud.

Came here with a couple of friends on a random weekday. We ordered a few things to share and honestly the food was really tasty. Service was quick too, which I appreciated. Portions are decent for the price, especially compared to other places nearby. Would come back if I&rsquo;m in the area again 🙂
