TheForkUserFood was truly outstanding.Truffled eggs were superb. The sliced beef with rocket and parmesan flakes and ossobuco with saffron rice were divine. Some of the best food we ate in Florence.Booked with The Fork and discount was applied to our bill.
TheForkUserWe discovered this restaurant the last time we were in Florence and knew we wanted to visit it again. We made a reservation for lunch, and they had a table ready for us when we arrived. This restaurant has a lovely vibe. Dom, our waiter, was happy to learn that we had come before and took excellent care of us. We both enjoyed one of our favorites - a Florentine specialty - the Ribollita, which is a bread and vegetable soup. It is a very hearty and filling soup. We also decided to share a Pizza Margherita, which was just perfect – a crisp crust topped with just the right amount of tomato sauce – mozzarella cheese and basil. My husband enjoyed the house white wine. This is a restaurant worth returning to when we visit Florence.
TheForkUserWe were greeted by friendly staff. The chef himself came to our table and took our orders. The food was extremely good and having two dogs with us was no problem. Will definitely recommend this restaurant.
_TI***43The attention to detail in this bakery is impressive. From the beautifully crafted pastries to the unique gourmet products available for purchase, it's a wonderful place to indulge in some delicious treats. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!
TheForkUserCulinaria Bistro De Gustibus is a must-visit! The dishes are both unique and expertly crafted, reflecting the chef’s deep passion for local ingredients, which are transformed into creative and irresistible culinary masterpieces. Every plate is a tribute to the region’s rich culinary traditions, executed with remarkable skill and gastronomic sensitivity.
TheForkUserFantastic seafood with great presentation. Upscale but worth it. Actually not that expensive given the food quality. Very broad selection of wine.
TheForkUserLovely place at footsteps of Tuscany hills to celebrate a special occasion. The service, wine, coffee and food were amazing, we particularly enjoyed the cheek of veal. The chef served us a bonus bean soup with cod and olive oil. It was unusual and delicious combination. We enjoyed chatting with our waiter Marina and appreciate her recommendations on menu selection! We were not staying at this lovely bed and breakfast villa, but this place is worth a separate stay, maybe next visit to Lucca and Tuscany
TheForkUserReally cute place. Good food. Very friendly service. Would recommend if you’re visiting San Gimignano (definitely best to book in advance)
TheForkUserI am a returning customer. I found so good the menu that I decided to return. It's an unformal restaurant with a good variety of dishes at a good prices. Recommended!!
TheForkUserExtremely charming restaurant with an amazing view, sunset and extremely delicious food. Alessio the manager and all the staff were really welcoming.
TheForkUserWe thought this was an excellent choice, I loved everything about this restaurant. The only thing we would suggest to the owners is have some dimmers on the lights inside, they were way too bright! Everything else about this place was absolutely perfect!
TheForkUserJust go here, food and staff and atmosphere is amazing. Wine is good, local dishes to eat, you cannot ask for more. So take it from me, just go here!
TheForkUserExcellent food and staff. Totally recommend it
TheForkUserGabriel is warm and welcoming and puts the customer first. The menu is innovative and delicate. We loved it we went twice on our holiday. Highly recommended.
TheForkUserVery nice place you feel good, first you got perfect bread then we got there T-bone steak grilled and well cooked the wine was also good so surly a place were we would come back to again
TheForkUserBravissimi! The service was super friendly, fast and accommodating. We went with our one year old daughter and everyone greeted her and chatted to her and the staff were checking if she was warm enough etc. Very sweet! We ordered the tagliata Toscana and it was abbondante! We should have stopped there. Our daughter had the most delicious pasta pomodoro and we had a pasta dish each. Mine was the primavera and my partner’s, the pinci with ragu. We had to ask for half portions because we were so full from the antipasto and even those were huge! Then at the time of the bill, they charged half price for the pasta. We were not expecting that and thought it was far too generous. The view from the restaurant is stunning too!Well worth a visit! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
TheForkUserAwesome food, very good pizza and seafood. Fair prices (house wine 0,5 ltr. = 5 EUR) and polite and courteous stuff. We were glad to visit you.
TheForkUserVery attentive service. Fantastic meal. The complementary appetizers were a potpourri of amazing tastes. The cuttlefish ink risotto was so rich and full of flavor. One of our best meals in Italy.
TheForkUserLovely and lively atmosphere in a nicely presented and clean premises. The staff were very efficient, friendly and helpful. Very good menu selection and all our dishes were nicely presented and well cooked/spiced. Tasty and generous portions. Recommend!
TheForkUserVery nice place. The menu is online but don’t underestimate the quantities by looking at the pictures: the food is a loooot!! We took a premi and a secondee. Too much. But excellent. Service also excellent. It’s next to a tennis club though and quite close to the road, even though higher up. But that did not disturb us at all.
TheForkUserDelicious raviolo, best I’ve ever had!Good selection of wines at reasonable prices.Complimentary glass of sparkling wine on arrival.Friendly and helpful staff.Plenty of space between tables.
TheForkUserThe food is delicious with a very good range of choices, I had black pork with plums and my partner ate beef rib and roasties. Grilled vegetables were well seasoned and the quality of the meat showed. We were early diners so very little atmosphere to start but other diners quickly appeared to join us. A group of guys, some of them family working hard to make a success. I always think when the owner is on the premises, it is a good sign of confidence in their restaurant.
TheForkUserFantastic pizza (sfizioza and curiosa, the ones I tried), saltimbocca siculo, and classic calzone also really tasty. Try the beer by the bottle (IPA and Belgian ale), exquisite. The tiramisu is also excellent. All in all, a great pizzeria with wood-fired oven; fast and dedicated service. Prices are also very convenient.
TheForkUserWe ate all four courses, and everything was divine. The staff were very friendly and spoke English Lovely restaurant and would highly recommend it
