TheForkUserWe went there on the New Year’s Eve. Dishes were good and portion was very big. (Actually it was too big for me, Maybe it was because of special Menü. )People were also nice, friendly, and supportive. I liked this restaurant so much.

TheForkUserA small restaurant in the centre of town. From the very start we felt welcomed by all the staff. Courteous friendly and helpful. The selection on the menu was varied and all appealed. When we indicated that we intended sharing certain dishes it was no problem. The ingredients are of high quality and all freshly cooked. This is Italian regional cooking at its best. Portions are generous without being excessive. Highlights were an appetiser based on asparagus with a yellow tomato sauce, delicious, thank heavens for bread to wipe the plate clean and not waste anything. The pasta with prawns and asparagus also excellent and would order again. . We shared a main based on sucking pig also excellent and perfectly cooked. Sadly too full for desert. We will probably return again even though only staying in the area for 4 nights. Thank you for an excellent enjoyable meal in your delightful restaurant.

We booked through The Fork with a discount, but also without it you'd definitely get value for your money. We only spent 2 days in Taranto, but otherwise we would definitely have been back.

We ordered two pasta dishes and they took *over an hour* to arrive. And when they did the tortelli were undercooked (not al dente, legit hard). They apologized, but there’s really no excuse to treat guests like this. To avoid.

TheForkUserThis is our favourite bracceria, we drive 30 minutes down from Ostuni for it. The outdoor seating area is under a stone arched passage in the old town with an angled view of the facade of a beautiful church with huge columns as a backdrop. it is like a movie set. The service is always excellent! And the meat! Many different types of bombette, sausage, pork, chicken and of course beef! Even though I have been many times, the experience of selecting your dinner from a butchery display case never gets old.
