Ordering with the QR code was a breeze. Food came out piping hot, and the flavors were just right—not too heavy. The servers were polite and helpful.

Nice place to catch up with friends. Prices are a bit like hotel rates, but the vibe is good for a chill hangout.

Got here just before the lunch crowd. Quick service, got my seat fast. The beef was tender and the broth was rich. A bit pricier than other spots, but you get what you pay for. Good for a quick, filling meal.

Been coming here for years, and the parking situation is still the same. That small lot gets packed by 6 PM, especially on weekends. I usually just park a couple blocks away now. It's a minor hassle, but the food keeps me coming back.

Been coming here for years, and the private rooms with the river view are always spot on. Manager's service is consistently professional.

This restaurant is a hidden gem in Bukit Bintang! The dim sum is sumptuous and the private setting is perfect for a group lunch. Plus, it's halal certified, which is a big plus for many diners.

Restaurant in JW Marriott Hotel Kuala Lumpur

Their grilled chicken aglio olio is a solid choice. The mashed potatoes on the side are a nice touch.

The fried rice has that real wok hei, you can taste the freshness of the ingredients. The orh nee dessert was also good, not overly sweet.

First time here, just walked in. The Tanaka fried rice is really good, not too greasy. Meat cuts are decent too. Place doesn't get smoky at all, which is a plus. Might come back for that rice.

The oysters were super fresh, and the sushi selection was nicely presented. The chefs kept an eye on the buffet, which was nice. For the price, it's a solid deal if you're into seafood.

Stopped by for a solo lunch. It was quiet, not busy at all. Had the grilled fish set. Good for just chilling by yourself for an hour.

The ambience is fantastic, complemented by friendly staff and live music during afternoon tea, creating a memorable experience.

Restaurant in Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur Hotel

Stopped by for a quick bite. The garlic naan was fresh out of the tandoor, really strong garlic kick. Chicken kebab was juicy and had good flavor. Just a simple, solid meal.

Been coming here since I was a kid! The quarter chicken rice promo is my go-to. Perfect for catching up with friends, you get a good plate without spending too much. Still hits the spot after all these years.

Had our small wedding here. Madam Phoon and the team were super helpful with all the details. The oriental decor really set the mood for the day. Food was lovely too!

The pavlova was a good choice. The meringue had a nice crisp shell and a soft center. The sweet cream and tart berries worked well together. A solid dessert to end the meal.

Been coming here for years. The ginger steam fish is always on point, just like I remember it from my first visit. That consistency keeps me coming back. Prices for seafood are still fair.

Very disappointing experience. We called in to place a pickup order, but no one informed us there would be a 1-hour waiting time until after payment. Since we couldn’t wait that long, we requested a refund. We were initially told it was possible, but were then told it couldn’t be done because the kitchen had already started preparing the food. The communication was inconsistent, and the staff’s attitude on both the phone and WhatsApp was rude. We understand restaurants can get busy, but customers should be informed of long waiting times before they order or pay.

#foodie #kl #pudu #teochew #michelin We have been to this place a couple of times. The only setback is the parking, else the food, ambience, price point and cleanliness all make it worth it.Simple food steeped in tradition. This place had been around for many years and recently has expanded into the next shop lot. This time, we ordered the set meal for 2 pax, well worth the value of below MYR50. 🤓👍🏻The main could either be rice or plain porridge. Other flavoured porridge choices, if I remember correctly they have five grain porridge, five grain rice sweet potato porridge available with a top-up. 🍚🍚🍚Then chose one main each each from three categories - we chose the halibut fish, salted egg in seaweed roll and vegetables. 🐟The fish is first fried then cooked in the special sauce. Sourish, sweet, just nice to pair with rice or porridge. For the 🍹🍡drinks/dessert category, you can mix and match. So we had the white fungus with longan and 綠豆爽, which is served with bits of fried dough 油炸鬼. My husband says this is his childhood fave. Other choices include soup of the day, glutinous rice ball 湯圓 and tea. After the meal, we also bought some frozen buns and mantau for takeaway. We had this for breakfast the next day, just put straight out from freezer and steamer for 25 mins - we were pleasantly surprised by how soft the bun is, and they surely did not skimmed on the filling. Besides the set meals, they also have lunch sets, mostly catering to the surrounding office crowd. Definitely affordable and value for money. We will definitely be back again to try the different combinations.

Came here with friends last weekend. The nasi lemak rendang ayam was spot on! The sambal had a nice kick and the chicken was so tender. Good spot to catch up over some proper local flavours.

Grilled squid was smoky and tasty, the sushi and fried dishes were spot on. Udon had just the right chew. Everything came out at a good pace.
