TheForkUserWe booked the table for 4 to celebrate the B-day of our daughter. The 4th person was our grandson. Once we were at our table, after 2 minutes the waiter arrived and informed us that Osteria is for adults only, and that they made an exception for us just this once. First of all we had know idea the place was for "Adults only". Secondly, even if this is the case, the waiter should have told us after dinner, not in front of our daughter and our grandson. The attention to details and discretion is a must for this place to be called "Luxury resort". At the end of dinner we asked for two expressos to have on the patio to observe the fantastic view. The waitress told us to settle the bill first before we could go and have our coffee on the patio. Did she think we would escape? Especially since we are repeat customers. Again, service s a key ingredient to be called "Luxury resort/hotel/osteria".
