Tom PreniczkyI ordered a 4” cake to be delivered to my daughter for her birthday. When she received the cake it was lop-sided. Even after sending them a pic of the cake the manger blamed it on the delivery service. You can clearly see in the photo that the cake layers and filling are uneven. Very disappointed. I paid $46. It looks like it was made by a little kid. I was very embarrassed when I received the pic.Steak 'n Shake
