_TI***rpThe service was exceptional during my visit. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed for a pleasant dining experience.
TheForkUserMy family were very impressed with the service and food that we received on Saturday. Your staff were courteous and as the restaurant was quite full, we received excellent and fast service. 2 of my family were visiting from Australia and they were impressed with everything. Will definitely be visiting you again, so once again 'thank you' to you and all your staff.
_TI***p9I highly recommend this place for families. The service was quick and the food was lovely, making it a great spot for a family dinner.
TheForkUserIt has been a few years since we last visited Carluccios, and boy, have we been missing out! It's every bit as good as we remembered it - great food, great ambience, friendly and efficient service. The only disappointment was that they were out of stock of Chiant, so we had to settle for our second choice of wine - but that was fine. We're looking forward to visiting again soon!
_TI***l5Every visit feels special! The warm service and delicious food make this restaurant a must-try. The owner is incredibly kind and attentive.
TheForkUservisited for a birthday lunch with my family and friends and had a lovely afternoon i for sure will recommend for large parties. service was great and they were patient with us. I also called ahead and suggested if we could purchase drinks at the bar as some drink more than others which was fine. this made the final bill not seem so daunting to split!!
_TI***pgDespite some issues with the brunch menu, the food we did have was good. Just be aware of the unadvertised 15-minute rule for bottomless drinks.
TheForkUserReally enjoyed our experience this evening the food was delicious! The portions were just right I didn’t feel overly full after the meal. The service was very good as well.
_TI***deThis restaurant is a hidden gem in Reading, with a pleasant atmosphere and great food that keeps us coming back for special celebrations.
TheForkUserSouth Indian food is different from what you get in an average Indian restaurant. The person I went with was put off by this because she is not adventurous. It was also too spicy-hot for her. I loved everything and will go back by myself. If you want tandoori chicken and sag paneer, go somewhere else. The restaurant is large, with all hard surfaces and no soundproofing. There was a big party, and it was extremely noisy. Perhaps avoiding Friday evenings is a good idea. I went once before at lunchtime, and it was fine.
TheForkUserI have to really rave on about this place, once in there you feel as if your in a beach restaurant on an actual island, the food was fantastic, I ordered the prawn curry which had five humongous meaty prawns init .. the egg hopper was so different and yum.. you have to try it to believe it.I was served by a guy called Samitha, knowledgeable about the food and friendly, recommended the prawn instead of chicken as I said I can’t handle tooo spicy. Great ice tea too. Just fab!!
_TI***8uThe service was fantastic during our New Year's Eve dinner, and the food matched. Even though they ran out of lobster tail, the staff quickly offered alternatives, showing great customer service.
_TI***otI had a wonderful time at the brunch! The service was quick and friendly, and the food was really tasty. The cocktails were a highlight, especially the 2-4-1 offers!
_TI***dfThe staff, especially Leera and Noah, were super friendly and attentive, which really enhanced our dining experience.
_TI***dlThe cocktails here are top-notch, made with care and skill. Lily, our barmaid, provided excellent service and made our experience truly enjoyable.
_TI***l1Despite being in an airport, the food here is worth the price, with decent portions and friendly service.
