The staff were so friendly, made us feel right at home. They had a live band playing, which was a nice touch for a relaxed evening. Noticed they had a cash machine outside too, handy for splitting the bill. A pleasant spot for a casual night out.

Got a table as a walk-in on a busy night, which was a win. Staff were quick and friendly. Food came out fast. Exactly what you need when you just want a quick bite and don't have time to wait around.

Dog-friendly spot, which is a plus. Food's solid for the price. Had the fish and chips, crispy batter and decent portion. Service was quick and friendly. Nothing fancy, but does the job well.

First time here and the gluten-free menu is massive. Had the Full English, came out steaming hot. Coffee was spot on.

Portions are huge, the small chips could feed two. The wine list had some decent local options that paired well with the hearty food. Good value for money, though the place gets quite loud later on.

Booked for nine last minute on a Friday, and they squeezed us in. The portions were huge, everything tasted fresh. Staff were really friendly. Made for a nice birthday dinner.

The beef was tender and the chicken in breadcrumbs was solid. The sweet and sour sauce did get a bit thick as it cooled, but they had a nice house red that paired well with both.

As a coeliac, I’m used to just seeing a brownie on the menu. Here, I actually had a choice of three cakes. Went for the lemon drizzle with a pot of tea. Proper slice, too. Felt like a normal afternoon out for once.

Don't let the plain front put you off. The chips were spot on - crispy outside, fluffy inside, and clearly just cooked. That's what I came for. The rest of the meal was fresh, simple, and hit the spot.

A proper neighbourhood spot. The vibe is warm, staff are genuinely friendly. Saw them bring out a little bowl of dog-friendly ice cream for a regular's pup - that's the kind of detail you remember. My kid was happy with the toys too. Just a nice, easy place.

Nice spot with a friendly vibe. The staff were welcoming and even gave my dog a treat, which was a thoughtful touch.

Lovely little spot. I was really taken by their avocado toast - the bread was perfectly toasted and the avocado had a nice hint of lemon. Just the right amount of seating outside for a sunny afternoon.

Stopped by for fish and chips. The haddock was spot on, really fresh. Chips were good, curry sauce and mushy peas too. Simple and hit the spot.

The lunch special is a solid choice. Went for the grilled salmon salad again, it’s just so fresh and the portion is generous for the price. My go-to spot for a reliable midday bite.

Service was prompt and attentive. The steak was cooked exactly as requested. Good spot for a business lunch, efficient and quiet. Prices are reasonable for the area.

The portions are a bit small, but you can really taste the freshness in every bite. The fish in my poke bowl was so clean and bright. It's not a huge meal, but what's there is good.

Loved the crab sandwich! A bit on the pricier side, but such a nice spot for a casual catch-up with friends.

Been coming here for years, and it's still the same reliable spot. Perfect for a casual catch-up with friends. The fish and chips are just solid, no-nonsense food. The place is always buzzing, which I love.

Solid English breakfast. Good coffee. 👍 Friendly service.

A nice local spot for a catch-up. I appreciate that they clearly mark the gluten-free and dairy-free options on the menu. Had the avocado toast with poached eggs—the eggs were perfectly runny and the avocado was fresh and creamy. The coffee is decent too. A reliable choice for a simple, healthy bite.

Service was spot on. Staff were quick, noticed when our wine glasses were low. Appreciated the care with masks and distancing, felt comfortable. A bit of a wait to get the bill, but that's minor.

The lasagne was really comforting, just like a homemade dish. The staff were very friendly and made sure we were settled in. It's a cosy spot, feels like a little find.

The courtyard is a real find on a sunny morning. Grabbed a flat white and a croissant, and just sat there for ages. Coffee was spot on.

Solid selection of beers. Tried the rye stout and a pale ale. Both were clean and poured nicely. Just popped in for a quick one and it hit the spot.

Sushi was fresh, good flavour. Presentation is neat. Service was efficient, they kept our water topped up without asking. Prices are reasonable for the area. Convenient location near the station.

A solid spot for veggies. The menu's got some nice variety, and everything I tried had good flavour. Their smoothies and milkshakes are the real highlight though.

Really liked the bright, airy feel of the place. The panini was tasty, bread was decent. Could've used a bit more chicken inside though. Cake was nice.
