I&rsquo;ve been wanting to try this old-school kissaten for ages. Finally went for lunch&mdash;the curry rice was so simple and comforting. Felt like stepping back in time for a bit.

The scones had a perfect crunch, and the tea selection was spot-on. Just right for a slow afternoon.

The Sakaemachi branch is a nice spot. The sake selection is pretty good, better than some other locations I&#39;ve been to. It&#39;s a decent place for a quiet drink. The service was fine, though a bit slow on a weekday evening.
