TheForkUserRossini Bistrot is a fantastic little restaurant. We’ve had the 4-course menu, Franciacorta and their open Rosso Piceno, all of which were really good. We‘re working our way through the better of Pesaros restaurants since a week and this was the best so far. Creative andperfectly cooked - a really nice change to the standard grilled fish and pasta.We felt very welcome and at home. If we can, we‘ll come back before we leave.Bagno le Saline
