The service was quick and impeccable.We opted for empanadas for starters, they were great and share a huge skewers with lots of different cuts of meat and sausages. TheForkUserIt was just fantastic to order gluten free food with an easy mind. All the pizzas were gluten free. The waitress was exceptional and I would recommend this restaurant to anyone. My wife is coeliac but I'm not but it was great for us both. Demode was so good

TheForkUserWe enjoyed dinner at Dulchémente at the Hotel Ollastu Resort. The restaurant (and the resort) are beautiful, just 20 minutes outside Olbia with beautiful views of Tavolara Island.The restaurant quickly filled with guests and locals. The food was very good, although the service team struggled a bit to keep up with all of the tables and guests, nonetheless it was a lovely evening. Dulchemente’s is a great spot for a special occasion.

TheForkUserFood was good, pasta with beef and seafood was cooked perfectly. Seafood plate cooked properly and seasoned well! Menu seems to be translated to English using applications, so be aware of that when ordering. Beautiful place but outside the town and by a bit hidden.

However, the quality of food is very good. They kindly prepared a doggie bag with the delicious roast pork that we could''t finish.

My girlfriend has a celiac disease and we asked the restaurant if she could have food from another place and the rest of us (3 people) will have the menu there. Our surprise was that the waiter did not allow her to eat with us, really disappointing for the other 3 diners. We had to split our lunch in different places. I am so sorry about this policy at the restaurant.

We were a group of 10 with some food allergies, some dietary restrictions and rather varied tastes in food. They managed to make everyone happy.
