Came back two days in a row. Just for the briyani. So flavorful, rice cooked just right. Best I've had in JB for sure.

Service was attentive even during the busy lunch rush. Orders came out promptly, which I appreciate.

Been coming here for years, always get the pork belly yakitori and garlic fried rice. The skewers are decent size for the price, but the rice portion feels a bit smaller than it used to be. Still hits the spot for a quick, casual bite.

The Fahsa Lamb and Salona prawn were so good. The place itself is nice, feels really spacious and airy. Not cramped at all, which I appreciate.

The Peking duck was the star of our group dinner! Skin was super crispy, meat stayed juicy. Perfect for sharing with friends, though it did take a while to arrive.

Decent spot for a quick bite. The prata was flaky, naan soft and warm. Tosei batter was just right, not too thick. Got a bit packed around 7pm, had to wait 10 mins for a table. Prices are fair for what you get.

Prices have definitely gone up since my last visit. Still, the food is as tasty as ever. Had to wait about 15 minutes for a table on a Friday night, but it was worth it for the flavors.

Been coming here for years, it's a reliable spot for Vietnamese. The food is consistently decent. Their drip coffee, hot or iced, is pretty good. Portions are a touch smaller than I remember, but it's fine.

The oyster omelette was a real treat. Crispy edges, plump fresh oysters inside. Paired it with a crisp white wine, the acidity cut through the richness nicely. A solid choice.

Ah Kong Kopitiam in JB. The nasi lemak rice was really fragrant, and the herbal steamed chicken had a deep, savory flavor that soaked right in. My lemon tea was perfectly chilled, just what you need in this heat. A solid, comforting meal.

Came for the fried fish. Crispy outside, moist inside. The sweet glaze sauce works well with it. Portion was decent for the price. Service was quick.

Tried the chawanmushi here. It was so smooth and silky, and came out steaming hot. That was the highlight for me. The rest of the sushi was okay, nothing too crazy.

The fried fish was really good, crispy outside and still moist inside. I also liked the homemade otak-otak. The booths are comfortable and spaced nicely, makes for a relaxed meal.

The chicken fried rice was a nice surprise. Fresh ingredients, and it felt like a healthier choice than pizza.

Been to a couple of their other spots, and the food is pretty much the same decent quality each time. My kids always look forward to those free gem biscuits they give out.

Had a group dinner here last night. The staff handled our big table smoothly, even helped with a birthday cake surprise. The wine list had some decent local options, which was a nice touch. A bit on the pricier side, but worked for the occasion.

The claypot salted egg crab was really creamy and rich. Not too salty, just right. The boss swapped out a dish for us without any fuss when we mentioned it wasn't what we thought. Solid meal.

This cocktail bar has a sophisticated atmosphere and a diverse drink menu. The mixologists are friendly and can tailor recommendations based on your preferences.

Claypot chicken rice was good, but the noodles really stole the show. That wok hei was strong, smoky and just right. Yam paste dessert was creamy, not too sweet. Solid meal.

Been coming here for years, and their Black Gold Durian Mille Crepe is the reason. Real durian, frozen bits, texture's always spot on. Pricey, but consistent.

The pumpkin tofu dish is the one that stuck with me. The pumpkin puree was creamy and sweet, but not overly so. It coated the soft, silky tofu perfectly. A really nice, subtle flavor combination. The roasted meats were fine, but this was the standout.

Portions are generous for the price. The mutton varuval is rich and tender, worth the extra few bucks.

Stumbled upon this spot at 2am after a long night. The braised tofu side dish was the real winner for me – so flavourful and soft. A solid bowl of noodles to end the day. 🍜

The hotplate bean curd here is fantastic. It's got this great sizzle and texture that honestly beats a lot of meat dishes. Everyone at our table kept going back for more.
