TheForkUserNice Sicilian food, big portions, a romantic location and a very good deal when you're handing in 2000 Yums!
TheForkUserFood deserves a Michelin star. Beautifully presented and delicious. It's very clear the chef is passionate about the food he prepares.
TheForkUserThe restaurant is a little off the beaten track but worth making the effort for - you would be advised to book ahead as it was fully booked when we visited. For our starters two of us ordered the Angus meatballs (they were lovely and you get a large portion - enough to share) and two of us ordered the melted provolone cheese (again a lovely dish). It was meat all round for our main courses with two of us ordering the filet steak and two the ribeye - the steaks were very good. The restaurant is owned and run by a husband and wife combination and the service from them and all the team was very good - great explanation of the dishes and friendly service. We enjoyed a bottle of Etna Rosso Sensi from Cantine Patria, made exclusively from the nerello mascalese grape, with our dinner and it was really nice.A lovely meal with great service - we would be recommend dining there to anyone.
TheForkUserThis is a place that has no walk by tourist traffic. This is a place that gives you food that locals eat. You only hear Italian voices.Palermo at its best.
TheForkUserBeen here multiple times... The pasta was, amazingly delicious...... We tasted the fettuccine con l'astice, the busiate with pesce spada and remaining super satisfied...... This place we highly recommend!!!!!
TheForkUserOttima location...grande Antonio!!!
TheForkUserA wonderful dinner at Campo Norcineria con Cucina down by the water, near the old fish market (which dates back to 1874). We started with caponata in a parmigiana basket and a selection of mortadellas. For main courses, we had one of the house specialties, the veal fillet; one of us had it with a sauce of sautéed porcini mushrooms & black truffles, and the other, with a Sicilian citrus sauce. As a side dish, roasted potatoes with a breadcrumb crust. For dessert, tiramisu and amari.
TheForkUserGreat food! Am amazing chef who took the time to come chat to us about various menu options for my wife's seafood allergy.
TheForkUserThis is a great find! The food was excellent and the service was attentive and lovely! We sat outside on a lovely night and thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
TheForkUserExcellent food and service. Very accommodating for very young diners, 3 under 4 years old. Wonderful mains and desserts. Highly recommended
TheForkUserAs Italy - and Sicily as part of it - is growing multicultural, it's beautiful to have such restaurants representing the moltitude of food cultures in our country. A splendid mix between typical Sicilian recipes and dishes from around the world.
TheForkUserNice food and awesome service. Staff was very friendly and portions were fair. l would definitely come back to this cozy restaurant in Ortigia.
TheForkUserWe had a fantastic dinner at Euphoria. The choice of menu was good; the presentation and the quality of the food was excellent; the choice and quality of wine was first rate; and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff made the evening most memorable. The cost of the meal was also very reasonable relative to the quality of the whole occasion.
TheForkUserVery wonderful restaurant located at the entrance of the city. Highly recommend the pasta with pesto & buffalo cheese; I will be dreaming of that dish for a long time!
TheForkUserLovely restaurant! Wonderful fresh food and very attentive service. Had a terrific sauce for the gnocchi I had and also a great caponata and caprese. We are returning this week!
TheForkUserWe had the 7 course tasting menu. Several items, like the foie gras paired with truffle ice cream, were great. All were inventive and exciting to try.
TheForkUserEverything was irreconcilable - the food, the view, the attitude.Bina took care of us, accommodated us and was so kind and kind!Thank you, Bina!
TheForkUserThe combination of exquisite food, brilliantly and imaginatively matched wines and warm, efficient and knowledgeable service made this an evening to remember and, at €300 for 8 courses, 5 wine pairings and plenty of water, it was excellent value we felt. Surely due a Michelin star? Highly recommend to any visitor to Palermo who loves food - I will certainly return on any future trip to the city!
TheForkUserwe ordered a pasta each at first, a norma and a fish pasta, and were alreeady quite full, then came the pork shank that we shared and that how glad we were to have made such a good choice
_TI***rsThis trattoria near Teatro Massimo offers a delightful dining experience with generous portions and delicious pasta. The staff is friendly and attentive, making it a must-visit in Palermo.
TheForkUserWe had there last dinner in Palermo and it was really tasty. There were children with us, so they could find also simple dishes. Great cacio e Pepe!
TheForkUserIt was a Wednesday night, outside the season, so not so many people. The stuff was really kind, the food was good and you could hear the waves. Such a nice atmosphere!
TheForkUserMy family enjoyed a delicious dinner last week, a real highlight of our vacation. Walking out onto the terrace for the first time to see the view is quite breath taking. We had pizza and pasta - all of it was delicious. A wonderful setting - highly recommend!
