TheForkUserWe visited this restaurant for New Year's Eve and the experience cannot have been better. The incredibly beautiful and delicious food on a set tasting menu followed a relaxed but precisely timed programme which led us right up to the midnight count down. A lot of care was taken for the food allergy of one of our party. This restaurant is not in the main centre of Palermo, but well worth a detour for the quality of food and service it offers.

TheForkUserI particularly recommend the tasting platter "taste of Biscari" appetiser. The staff are attentive and make sure you have an enjoyable experience. Most of the clients are local but they are welcoming to tourists who want to experience the best of Sicilian sea food.

TheForkUserFood was good, service was fast and friendly.They didn't honour the Fork discount for booking online and charged a 3.5 Euro cover charge, not impressed by either of those. So it wound up costing 5.5 euro more than it should have.

TheForkUserWe had high hopes after hearing a lot about this restaurant. Starting with the service, the staff felt judgmental of us and made us feel uncomfortable. I don’t think we fit the model of northern Italian pomp that they were looking for, we’re more Berlin or Paris, but whatever, just be nice. As far as the food went, we had about 10 total food items across the apertivo, appetizer, first course and main. Out of these 3 were stellar. The pasta with Rabbit Ragu, fish cous cous, and the apertivo were all great. The other 7 items however were just average to middling. Compared to other Starred restaurants we have tried all over the world, where each dish leaves you amazed, this place falls short.

TheForkUserBoth the food and service were exceptional. The bruschetta appetizer featured an excellent variety of flavors. The lamb had great flavor and was expertly plated. Large side salad of mixed greens with tomatoes and shaved carrots was a perfect addition to the meal. Overall an excellent experience at very reasonable prices. I was left full, but not that sick feeling when having a heavy meal. It was light but fulfilling. This is my second visit to this restaurant, the first being last May with my entire family, and both times my experience was the same. Consistency is key to keeping customers, and I will definitely be returning.

TheForkUserTriscele is a very good restaurant located in the heart of Siracusa's Ortigia, few minutes walk for the Cathedral Square and the Aretusa Spring.The menu offers an interesting choice of dishes, mostly based on the local traditional cuisine and an emphasis on seafood and fish, as well as a varied pizzas menu.The level of cuisine is excellent, all the dishes we tried were both delicious and well presented and also the pizzas had some interesting, innovative ingredients combination.The service is kind and efficient and the setting, on the ground floor of an old house, is charming, with beautiful stone walls and a nice outside area.Highly recommended!

TheForkUserThis was hands down one of the best dining experiences I have ever had. I have eaten at many Michelin star restaurants and Adduma Taormina deserves at least 1 star. Marika and Stefano were superb with their service knowledge of the food and the recommendations for wine. There was so much great food but the highlight was the waygu beef and the 2 starters beef tartare with potato millefeuille and lovely sauces and accompaniments. The sashimi filetto with pesto and Parmesan chip was equally amazing! The wine was exquisite and the desserts were heavenly. This is a restaurant not to be missed.
